I’m not sure why Milk thought they needed to come out with another primer since their HydroGrip is the GOAT, but foam sounded fun so I bought it. It is a lighter primer compared to HydroGrip and I feel that it goes on more evenly. The sticky “grip” feels a bit lighter too, but it does its job keeping makeup on your face in most situations. I can’t put very much silicone on my face before it breaks out and this foam hasn’t seemed to bother me. A little goes a long way (one pump does my whole face) and it dries very quickly making it fast and easy in the morning!

I love elf products for the Low cost of the products and the quality however sometimes you just don't get much of anything with ELF and with this it leaves a dry film on your face I do not like the foam eitherI so Wanted to like this product but after a couple hours you can tell that it makes your face worse the opposite of what it should be doing I was excited for those but don't buy it

Gives a little glow. Apply after you daycream under you bronzer . It enhances or gives you a glow. Got many compliments.
