Black 4`Small Double Gas Lift Up Ottoman Faux Leather Storage Bed

OK, I am a person who always reads the reviews and worries when things are so cheap! This product is not cheap it simply is great value for money! It is easy to put together, sturdy and looks fab! The customer service was second to none - I sent an email and got a reply by phone within the hour!! I bought this for my sons box room and I agree with a previous review it makes a tiny room look so much bigger?! Overall a very happy customer and I would definitely recommend this product and company to anyone.

This bed is really nice & just what we wanted BUT we had to ask for another footboard to be delivered as the correct fittings had not been pre fitted to one corner. The second footboard arrived within days but had the same fault - we believe it is for a side lift ottaman not end lift but it has to have the support corners fitted on both sides, not just one. We removed the fittings from one footboard and fitted on the other where missing (holes already there!) and this solved the problem - it was easy to do, not expected but could be done by anyone.Would recommend as excellent price/delivery and customer service.

Didn't receive email confirmation or text from company about delivery and ended up booking 2 days off work as when I tried tracked the item it said no tracking avail but it stated delivery today (which was the last day on the estimate they give you) after waiting in all day I emailed amazon who got back to me saying delivery would be next day! Wasn't too happy with that. 2 days annual leave waiting in!The bed itself is nice, looks good and not too difficult to put together but still haven't worked out how the arms connect to lift bed! When arms are connected with bolts to where it shows on instruction the bed remains suspended as the arms don't move so for now we aren't using the ottoman until we can figure this out. Bed is fit my teenage son and a good size.

I had seen other beds that were so much more expensive than this so felt a little nervous about quality of this bed. I need not have worried.. It is fantastic. It took about 2 hours to put together and although 2 people would make it easier, I was able to assemble it alone. The instructions were easy to follow. Definitely recommend this bed. The storage is very roomy although you should note the bottom is fabric and so your items are resting on the floor, so make sure you put the bed where you want it before filling it!

when this bed arrived it took hours to put togeher only to discover that there was parts missing. 3 months on the bed base broke, so this bed ended up in our local tip. not a very strong bed, my son is ten stones so not as if a great weight was on it.

Arrived quickly and looks nice, however I went to assemble the bed but there were no instructions included. Emailed the seller to try and solve the problem which caused even more problems with excuses like 'We can't find this order number' and my favourite 'This order was not placed with the last 90 days' I placed the order on the 16th of August so I think they need to buy an office calendar with the £130 I spent on this bed. It wasn't until I got on the phone and contacted Amazon themselves that I finally received the instructions. Good one sending out a bed in pieces and not including instructions guys. 2 gold stars for you.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this bed. I ordered it for my 13 year old son and he is over the moon with it ! It came a lot faster than expected delivery date and if you take your time putting it together it's pretty easy , even for a novice like me . Only criticism is the base is material you fix on with Velcro but doesn't affect the use of bed and everything can be neatly stored away 😊

Delivered in 3 days and on a Sunday so I didn't have to take time off work . Stated 2 man easy assembly .... although it took me 4 hours I managed it on my own , with the help of some books to balance the sides . I've only given it 4 stars because the bottom of the base is only fabric , it would've been better if hardboard was used but overall I'm pleased with it , good price
