Excellent product.

I have trouble staying asleep and having good continuous sleep for last 8 years due to co sleeping with my children who can't help but fidget. Also due to stress. This was amazing. I have had deep continuous sleep and I feel alive again. Just give it a go. I tried ashwaghnada before but it made me groggy the next day. This does not.

When I reached the end of the last jar of magnesium citrate I didn’t replace it for a few days and immediately suffered from a big dose of fatigue that affected my daily life. When I realised what my daily vitamin supplements were lacking I found these on line and seemingly overnight am back to being on good form. I think they are of enormous benefit and won’t run out another time!!

I’ve been taking this magnesium citrate consistently and it definitely keeps me regular without being harsh. It works predictably and doesn’t cause cramping or discomfort like some other products I’ve tried. One thing I really appreciate is that I only have to take one capsule to get results. That makes it easy to stay consistent without feeling like I’m taking a handful of pills. It’s also easy to swallow and doesn’t upset my stomach. I take it in the evening and have noticed it helps me feel a little more relaxed before bed as well. Overall, it’s a simple, effective supplement that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’ll continue repurchasing.

I have been using this product for months and I love it so much! As soon as I take it within 30 minutes I am knocked out! It’s helps me sleep like a baby and I always wake up so refreshed. This also helps with muscle recovery if your someone who is very active! You will not regret buying this purchase it’s so worth it! If you want better sleep you need to buy this!!

I am not sure why this product has such glowing reviews. I’ve been taking it for a week now and I found that I am waking up through out the night. I wanted to try this one as it indicates you only need one pill as it is a high “mg” in each capsule. It doesn’t work. I will have to return it and go back to taking the ones that require 2-3 pills as I found those are better quality and help me stay asleep at night, and if I do wake up, it doesn’t take long for me to go back to sleep. Happy it worked for the positive reviewers though. It’s unfortunate. I wanted to like it. I had also had to stop taking it as it doesn’t sit well with my stomach. It has given me diarrhea through the time I did take it. Not fun. If you have a sensitive stomach, I wouldn’t recommend. I should have done more research as I wasn’t aware that the magnesium oxide doesn’t have good absorption.
