The claimed 350ft range is a lie
Total piece of junk.I place new batteries in both receiver and transmitter, while still in the House I try swiping my hand in front of the transmitter and yes it works.So I hang up the transmitter half way down our driveway about 60-70ft from our house and wait till my wife gets home.No sound or anything coming out of the unit this time.So we are testing this device outside with absolutely no interference of walls or any other obstacles and the unit does work as long as it was within 15ft of the transmitter that’s just over 4% of the 350ft that is claimed in the description.This unit will be returned to sender at is for sure!

Very good little system
This alarm works pretty well for being so inexpensive. There are several "tunes" that it'll play when it goes off, or you can just set it for the blue lights to flash. Fyi, there's no cord with it, but that's fine since it works well on the batteries ( 3 "C" batteries and the other takes a 9-volt). Interestingly, the screws for the battery covers are in a little bag with the optional mounting hardware that's included. All in all, a very good little sensor/alarm combo at a fair price.

Don’t waste your money
Bought this to replace a similar motion detector that was broken. Placed the sensor in the same location as before and it wouldn’t stop going off. Thought it was “seeing” weeds moving or something while outside so I brought it into the house and completely covered the sensor and it continued to go off! I’m going to throw it away. Don’t waste your money.

Range is not as stated and detection zone is very narrow. Would not work for my purposes. I am returning this and spending a little more on something that will work better.

Going to walmart or home depot makes sense for cheap items like this.
I bought it on price and reviews. Mine did not work out of box so can go through return or break fix on a 20 dollar purchase. This is one of those "you get what you pay for" purchases. Going to walmart or home depot makes sense for cheap items like this.
