Our neighbors gave us theirs that they no longer used. We actually never heard of one. We have 2 kids and wanted a second one. We take this along camping and there are a lot of hills and dirt roads. This is so great for kids to get around with. It is comfortable, it was easy to put together. It charges quickly and can hold my husband or myself. We love the storage container and the cup holder is so convenient. This was the best price we found. It moves well, easy to turn and navigate hills and the battery lasts for a long time.

Wish the LCD Monitor gave you the option to control your speed like the other brand E-Scooters(I also owned a Caroma E-scooter and it has the option to control your speed)4. So far where I have traveled, I just take it inside with me but also purchased a lock just in case, Doesn't feature an anti-theft option so either take it with you inside if you can or make sure you secure it!5 I guess its normal but it does take 5-6 hrs to charge fullybut overall for a basic, budget scooter, if your not needing all the "bells and whistles" that sum more expensive e- scooters offer, its a cool lil e- scooter!

Works very well and is comfortable. Gets a little fewer miles from a full charge than advertised.

Originally I had made a mistake and had thought that a piece was broken I took it to someone more qualified only to realize that I had made a mistake once that was fixed voila! Highly recommend not a big fan of how much they charge for shipping but it is what it is definitely worth the money though not the shipping but the money that I paid for it. About my only complaint if I had to have something to complain about which I usually do would be the basket it's kind of worthless or if I mean pointless to have it there it really doesn't hold much and because of the holes in it it's it's just pointless you'd be better off without it

I went ahead and bought one as a gift to my love so we'd have matching ones as I had came up on one and she fell in love with it, so yea, 2 better than 1!

Was excited when I ordered this scooter thinking i would use it to go back and forth to work since my job is just over 2 miles away! Assembled the scooter and the clamp for the handle to the steering column did not secure properly. I test rode the scooter and was highly disappointed by the power and speed…only got up to 9 or 10mph! I weigh just below 150lbs by the way! Disappointed!
