Great Mouse . . . . Overpriced & with poor RGB
I like the mouse , it's well built & better for my hands which at tradesman large but are bigger than most "office" hands so it's comfortable for me. Copious options available for button assignment , the shift key really drew me to this mouse as that essentially doubles the amount of buttons you've access to. Reassigning the shift key to cycle through the DP modes is recommended as pressing the shift key while trying to access other buttons is nigh on impossible , i swapped for the bottom dp on the left side of the left mouse button. The RGB is poor , even with the clunky installed software the RGB is clunky & far from smooth. The transitions between colours are actually irritating. The scroll wheel . . . . total let down but I believe logitech have patented that free scrolling wheel with the ability to lock the scrollwheel in place. I dropped a star as i do not think the price of £140 is reasonable & with the poor RGB (which i don't care about but if your going to implement it , do it well) & disappointing scroll wheel (of which none are deal breakers) I'm actually thinking 3 stars maybe more accurate. mouse has PTFE feet so very very smooth across the desk.

Defect after 6 months of use.
Poor build quality. A button has gone kaput after less than six months of moderate use. This is sad because the mouse fits my hand nicely, and the numbers and locations of the buttons are perfect for me. My Logitech G502, which I bought 4 years ago, is still working fine, so I will NOT buy any item from Turtle Beach.

Amazing design, awful build quality.
What a shame. This mouse has the BEST layout & arrangement of buttons for gaming of any mouse out there. Works amazingly well for FPS (what I mostly play) and could work great for MMO etc. as well. But it's ruined by the awful build quality. My left click is clicking by itself. My right click doesn't always register. And a couple of the side buttons also sometimes miss button presses. Also the companion software is super old and janky. Every button feels cheap and squishy, except for the thumb paddle, strangely enough. Feels like they gave that a stronger switch because it would rest under the thumb's weight or something. The rest of them are absolute trash, unfortunately. If this mouse had the kind of build quality of logitech mice, it would be the absolute king of gaming mice in my opinion. Sad.

DO NOT BUY. Great design let down by crappy components
I love the design of this mouse. But I've had two of this mouse now, and both developed the same issue with their scroll wheel within less than a year of moderate use. The encoder for the scroll wheel is terrible quality, and becomes erratic over time, missing inputs or scrolling in the opposite direction. It will become unusable. Roccat were a great brand of gaming peripherals, but Turtle Beach have completely ruined their hardware by putting crappy components in that don't last. Don't buy this.
