Ended up buying this Lucas Oil stabilizer for high mileage vehicles on a 2008 Suzuki SX4 with 175k miles. After about 3 days of use the engine definitely quieted down, started and ran smoothly.

Lucas oil
This oil stabilizer works great I have a 2010 Silverado with 288000 miles on it lifters started chattering so I followed the directions on the bottle at first after the oil change I didn't hear any difference but after I got the engine up to temperature and drove it a bit I parked it and it sat for the rest of the week and the following weekend I started it back up and all of the chattering was gone I'll be using this Lucas product for the remainder of the life of this truck and also in my 2017 great product
