Does it get cold?
After breaking the inside package to mix with the crystals, the product does get cold. However, there is also a lot of air in the cold pack. Since I was using this on my knew, the ingredients inside tended to go to either end leaving nothing in the center, which was what was on the top of my knee and not helping at all. The package was also very slippery and I ended up having to use an ace bandage to hold it onto my knee, otherwise it kept sliding off.

Great for sport injuries!
I ordered these to keep in my bag that I take when my son has a game. They have come in handy so many times! They work great and I would highly recommend them!

Did what it was supposed to do
Product was ok. Mechanism to get the pouch to become cold was pretty hard. If you suffer from arthritis in your hands this package may not work great for you as its pretty difficult to disengage to turn cold. Good value for the amount. I would buy again if needed.
