The product is absolutely life changing, it has helped me open my sinuses when I have blocked noses and on top of everything it’s cheap and good value for money. It is very effective and adhesion is great and easy to use. It has a very premium feel to it and removing it is very easy. The size fits to my nose very well but after you take it off you can’t put it back on without it losing its adhesion abilities. Great product, need to buy again. It’s also lasts years if you don’t use regularly.

These do not work anymore, this new design is terrible.The old black ones were great, stuck overnight every time, could actually feel it open up your nose.These new clear ones don’t stick for more than 2 hours max, doesn’t open your nose at all, can hardly tell it’s there. Shame as the old ones were so great.

I like the thickness/width but the adhesive aggregates my skin at times

I've tried a few different brands of nasal strips, and these are the best. I don't quite understand why there aren't more five star reviews. They're just bigger and stronger than the leading brand, and other off brand options that I've tried.If you've tried Breath Right strips and found them to be lacking, please try these. They are much better.

These are excellent! I am a 'snorer' and these worked perfectly, whilst also providing a great sleep!

I found these were too sticky, you really have to rip them off your nose in the morning.I also found that despite sticking to skin like super glue, they weren't strong enough to actually open my nasal passages.They do have a nice soft feel on the outside. But feel uncomfortable stuck to my face.I didn't finish the pack, no use for me. I've gone back to the breathe right strips, Which are excellent and worth the money

My boyfriend bought these recently to improve his breathing when he sleeps. He doesn't struggle too much with snoring but when he lays on his back he does make noises and breathes through his mouth which is not healthy AT ALL.This tape is a hard plastic covered by a bandage and it basically OPENS UP your nostrils so hair can go through them. It has literally changed his sleeping habits and now I don't have to tell him to shut up through the night... 10/10 feedback
