I was using it a few times per week.I would turn it on and it would not make any noise and then turn on a few minutes later. It would run and shut off, but then would turn on randomly after that if it was not unplugged.Now after about 15-20 times using it, it won't turn on and won't work at all.The company replied to my first request for help and now it has been silent for a week...no refund and no replacement. Very poor business and needs to be reported so other avoid losing money

The unit must kill mold because I dont smell it anymore. Although the smell from the unit needs to be flushed out for sure.

Turns on when connected to power
The reason people buy UVC sanitizers with a remote control is to avoid exposure to the UVC light. The problem with this manufacturers light is - when you plug it in to the wall the light immediately comes on which exposes the user to possible eye damage. Had I known this was a problem with this seller's UVC sanitizer lights I would not have bought it.
