I have used the Harmonic shampoo for years and hormone changes resulted in thinning hair. This really made a difference to hairfall. I'm so impressed! I love this brand! It's a strong smell but I stopped noticing after a few days.

I ended up really liking this shampoo, but you have to be prepared for the fact that it doesn't suds up almost at all, so it is a little hard to distribute throughout your hair. A silicone scalp scrubbing brush does help with that. Really though it is like a number of other " non-soap" healthier shampoos I have used in the past, and they are really the best for haircare. They do not strip your hair of the natural oils, so that you don't get trapped into your head panicking, and overproducing oil to replace what you have just stripped out of it, and then you HAVING to wash your hair every single day or it looks and is unbearably greasy.... it is a bad cycle, so this type of shampoo that doesn't suds up, it truly is a better choice. Much more balanced. Cleans without stripping. What you might need to get used to beyond the texture is the smell, it is strong. It is a bit hard to describe also, sort of woodsy, herbal, floral musk-like, with a hint of citrus. Not unpleasant, actually, I really like it, but intense at first. I love how shiny my hair was after using this product, even after blowdrying my hair.

First of all, I LOVE the fresh fragrance of this shampoo! It lingers even after shampooing. It lathers up well. You only need to use a bit of it to wash your hair. It does fortify hair, even if you do not have thinning hair, and who doesn’t need to strengthen their hair? There are 8.5 fl oz in the bottle, which comes with an easy to use cap, allowing you to dispense a small amount. This shampoo is expensive, but so are similar quality shampoos at hair salons. You can’t buy a product like this at a regular store. This shampoo did a good job of cleaning my hair of residue left behind by other products, making my hair really soft. I consider this a "Luxury" shampoo. It is amazing and made right here in the USA for me! I'm the one with the "fine, thinning hair", I like this shampoo very, very much. Only a little bit of shampoo is necessary to create a rich, creamy lather. I even like the bottle, with the easy to use cap and the color that seems to change hues in different light, it seems to change between dark violet and dark grey and some how makes me think of iris flowers. It was made of plant based goodness such as pea sprouts, red clover and amaranth. It is scented with geraniums, jasmine and mandarin peel. It smells of citrus to me. It really does make my hair feel fuller. Beautiful shampoo. Perfect size bottle to take traveling on our car trip next month.

I did not get to even try it. The package was full of some oily thing, when I opened it to check the seal, a hole in the middle of it, cannot imagine how it happened by accident, so wondering if it was opened and something dropped on it. Returning without even trying. Hoping nothing bad as on it because it leaked all over the packaging.

The first thing I noticed about this shampoo is the scent -- very "herbal-y", to me. I enjoy it, but it is strong, and long-lasting, so if you don't care for it that could be an issue. It doesn't lather profusely, which actually can be an indicator of a quality shampoo -- sudsing can be a result of extraneous ingredients added just to get that effect. I massage it into my scalp for a minute or 2, then work it through to the ends of my hair. It rinses out well; leaves my scalp feeling refreshed and hair feeling clean, but not overly-stripped. However: I noted the product was a bit slow to dispense, after a few uses. I removed the nozzled cap. There'd been a clear seal beneath it; ragged edges show it'd been torn away before I received the bottle. It seems appropriately full, minus what I've used, and I've experienced no "ill effects" -- but I'm not a fan of receiving anything that was possibly tampered with, in any way. Intelligent Nutrients should consider an exterior seal that will better prevent tampering and/or alert a consumer to the possibility of it. I'd like to give 5 stars for a shampoo that suits my needs well, and that I think may suit others' -- but can't, due to this issue.

This is one huge bottle of shampoo. And, considering it's not an everyday use type, I think it will last awhile! The bottle itself is kind of interesting, sort of like silicone. Maybe it is silicone. For my experience personally I love the scent first of all. And it does work well to get my hair feeling really clean but not stripped as some clarifying shampoos can. My hair is definitely fine and thin and after using this feels like it has a bit extra "oomph," not flat. I've used it with and without styling products afterwards and I've liked the results. It lathers and rinses out well. The scent is sort of spa like and very evident while using but very faint after rinsing.

This shampoo has a light eucalyptus scent and is a yellowish translucent-colored liquid. It has a medium lather and it can foam up a lot so a little can go a long way. I have 4-type coily hair and my scalp felt clean without any irritation. My hair didn't feel dry or stripped after using this shampoo. Although this is for fine and thinning hair, you know a product has quality ingredients if it can still work on all hair types. I wouldn't have known this was for fine and thin hair if I hadn't read the bottle. My thicker 4c hair responded well to this product and it's a shampoo I wouldn't be opposed to using again. The bottle design and pump are also very nice and can be re-sealed (and twisted to lock) to store away to prevent spillage. For this being a pricer product and having used a lot of others in this price point (that are slightly better), I would have to remove a star.
