Amazing product, worth the buy and money

So far so good
After 8 months of usages, i can say...i did not find any issues, battery is still good with about 1.5hrs of backup, charges fast, does not heat much, syncs well with other devices, does not lag overall i am contained with the performance.i am not a heavy game user, i us this laptop for 10/12 hours daily, majorly for web browsing, a bit of games, video, Adobe applications for various projects, emails, large database handling etc.

out of box not working
not working from new box.amazon told to contact service centre.service centre say does not provide support for software, same by dell customer care of dell.talk going on with amazon for issue.guys make sure before buying that service centre will deny service and Amazon policy dell not considering.I am expecting amazon to replace my product.

the laptop comes with a non-keyboard backlit,I am not going to recommend this If you guys need a backlit keyboardkeyboard backlit is the basic thing, I am surprised that a product without a backlit keyboard
