Worth a try if you have kidney or bladder issues.
I have had severe kidney, UTI, bladder problems and kidney stones since I was a young person. As long as I take one capsule of these every night it helps me to not have to get up every hour and a half throughout the night and only have to go maybe once a night. Big difference. It's also helped to cut down on my bladder spasms.

Make sure you can handle side effects

Too potent for my system.
I bought these for hair but I had to discontinue use after a week. Horsetail is a diuretic and it will make you have urinate more often. The problem is the pain that ensues If I try to hold it. This only happens when I take this horsetail. This product is an extract, It may be too potent for regular use. I would recommend a horsetail that is a full spectrum(natural non-extract) rather than an extract.
