I use these pans to make sandwich shaped artisan sourdough loaves and they work beautifully! I spray with olive oil and dust with flour and I’ve never had my bread stick! They also wash great in the dishwasher and I love how they are stainless steel and non-toxic!

I bought these pans when I started to make sourdough bread from scratch. My children hated having their bread not in "sandwich bread" shape, so these were a great alternative for that. They're incredibly easy to clean, I've had no issues with baking with them, they heat evenly and allow for a wonderful rise. Overall, these were a wonderful purchase, and for the price, I have absolutely zero complaints.

Love the pans but I don’t see anyone else talking about how difficult it was to pull them apart coming out of the package. I bake a lot of bread out of my home and I bought two boxes and after pulling the pans apart my fingers were so sore and because I placed the pans against my chest to give stability to pull them apart I have a bruise on my chest. Maybe I’m just an idiot but they were stuck together so tight. Other than that they are great pans just the packing could be better.

These have been such a great way to bake my sourdough bread. Also i have had zero issues with my bread sticking to the pans. Would recommend!

As a micro bakery- this allowed me to bake 12 loaves at a time in a traditional oven cutting my time in half. Customers liked the shape better than round. I have purchased more.
