Ignore the price tag on this item. 1 drop to tongue (as instructed) immediately gets to work. If used daily as directed, missing a day or two is not detrimental. I have been using over 1.5 years and my primary says keep it up !! (of course results may vary based on ones own individual biological makeup)

The easiest was to take Vitamin D in the winter or if you are deficient. A little sweet drop does it and the bottle lasts a long time!

This was recommended by my naturopath a few years ago for low Vitamin D3 levels. My recent lab work shows normal levels now. The only thing I don't like is the dropper/lid. It seems to be too long for the bottle so it pops the dropper part out and makes it leaky & hard to store without a mess. The product itself is good but the dropper cap is a little frustrating. I guess if you have your own dropper bottle you could transfer it.
