I bought this product to help with sleeping (deviated septum), and overall, it works as described. The material is firm and comfortable, and it stays in place throughout the night. I noticed a difference in how I breathe almost immediately. However, I would strongly recommend measuring your nose before ordering. I went with the standard size, but in hindsight, I think the large would have fit better. The current size works, but it feels a bit snug, and I imagine a better fit would make it even more effective. If you're unsure, go a size up — better to have a bit more room than too little!

Great for the price. Not as sticky as others iv tried. That can be good for people who have sensitive skin on their nose

These strips genuinely work they open up my nasal passages and make it so much easier to breathe through my nose, especially at night. It’s such a relief! The only downside is that they occasionally come off before morning which can be a bit frustrating. But overall they’ve made a big difference to my sleep.

These are good when they work. They often come off when you’re asleep. Particularly if you’ve moisturized your face before bed. Any oil or residue on your nose will render these unless. They need a super dry surface for them to stick.

Didn't stop the snoring

I've used these for *years* with great success. Then...package change this year, and change in the formulation?? Well, the clear ones (I've always used) now don't stick! I'm going to cheap(er) shops (eg Savers) hunting for stock of the older packs....wish me luck!
