Does exactly what it says on the tin. Looks a bit nerdy.
These Wind-Blox genuinely work. I am a relatively fast, high-mileage road cyclist, and I've been out twice now with these fitted. They basically reduce what would normally be a constant roar in your ears, down to a far more acceptable gentle, rumble.I think some of the negative feedback may be from people expecting 100% quiet...well, they don't do that. As advertised, they reduce 80% of the noise. I checked this by lifting one of the Blox away from the side of my head when I was riding - the difference was instantly clear. They are good - I really like being able to hear the gentle whizz of the tyres on the road again. They do take some fidgeting and adjustment to get the fit right in the first instance - but they stay put once in place. The only down side is that they do look a bit....erm....obtrusive. But, I guess it's a trade off. Slightly odd looking, but much quieter. Also - I wear prescription glasses with these - with no problem (I have 2 pairs of specs, and they both fit under the Blox fine). Although, I'd imagine they wouldn't work with chunkier cycling style sun / protective glasses.

Expensive for what they are
Thought these were just what I was looking for. Sadly apart from being extremely fiddly to fit, they don’t appear to do anything to reduce wind noise. I can’t get my helmet strap tight enough to keep them snug, I even tried wearing my strap on my chin which did hold them in place a bit better but didn’t hear or not hear any reduction in wind roar. All in all a disappointing pricey product.

Effective noise reduction
Great little product. Once properly fitted (ensure the cushioning on the inside and results in thinnest side facing forward to create a slope outwards on the ear side) it works great. Doesn't eliminate wind noise but reduces it from a turbulent loud noise to a steady hum. I use these with headphones and now I can cycle with a much reduced volume which can only be good for safety - note I usually cycle off road/canal!

on the recent Great Big Bike Ride 2016 (look it up) i did ...
After riding I always get a high pitched whistling sound in my ears which last for hours sometimes days.i bought these in a bid to stop or reduce wind noise ,and ultimately - the whistling,I can't tell the difference, it may be because the wind is not as strong or they actually do work...My ears still have the high pitch whistle so draw your own conclusion.regarding the fit, they fit flat on my face in front of my ears which does affect the fit of glasses if you wear them , glasses cant be worn under them as it lifts them (the wind-blox) off the face. glasses worn over them don't sit well on your ears. . . .seems they're designed to solve one problem but inadvertently create others.Still , on the recent Great Big Bike Ride 2016 (look it up) i did have a few people asking what they were and were they any good ?I guess Wind Blox will have to answer that , have sales to my region gone up ?Ask yourself if they're so good , why dont you see them being used by Pro Teams on windy days in the Tours ???It was worth a shot, but I think I might make just my own that can accommodate sunglasses, still fit flat on the face. . . .and reduce wind noise by 80%(is that really is a calculable measure ???)

Do they work......yes or no????
Hmmm.....I was dubious about this product but I went ahead and bought a set. Very simple design, a bit of foam wrapped in a nylon like material shapped like a tube with a strip of Velcro down one side. Attachment to your helmet strap is straightforward and is comfortable against the side of your head.Does it work????? Not really, not like the instructions say, block out 80% of wind noise I don't think so. I've tried it in quite a high gusty wind and hardly no wind and I would say they don't block 80% maybe 30% unless it's because I have large ears!!!I really wanted this to work as the wind noise drives me mad, the only effective way I have found is the sponge type ear plugs, only problem is I like to listen to music while I ride. If this company would have made a cup shaped wind deflector which actually directed the wind all the way round your ears, it would work. Try riding with one hand and put your other hand flat and the press your hand (little finger towards the side of your head) so it deflects the wind away from your ear, and everything goes silent. I'm going to have a go at making something to do this.So the Wind-Blox Pro Wind Noise Reducer.......worth it? Not really for what they are........should have spent it on a take away.....

Actually very good and work well.
I wasn’t sure these actually did anything at all until I lifted the strap and got the wind rushing sound back. I’ve clearly got used to being able to hear around me very quickly.

Like wearing two bricks
Complete waste of money, poorly executed, doesn't work and you look stupid, as about as aerodynamic as a brick. Buy a skull cap instead.

Seems to work as advertised
Reduced the wind noise considerably for my bose sport earphones

Thank you!
Works well. Not an easy problem to solve, but if you have problems with wind noise on a bike, this may serve to at least take the edge off the roar.

Works so well I can hear my tires on the pavement!
Before I bought these I did a test by holding up a gloved finger in front of my ear and was amazed how that worked. These blockers work equally well! It’s a pretty cool idea! Love them!

limited usefullness
These only work when there is a headwind. Any wind at an angle of your direction will still cause a lot of ear noise. Windfree is better and Helmet Angel is also better.
