Having problems with my grip, especially when using small items like a pencil sharpener, so I read some reviews of various electric sharpeners and decided on this mid-price one. It's so simple to use - just give the pencil a gentle push and it sharpens it to your chosen point in seconds, then slowly ejects it. I've sharpened all my coloured pencils (very satisfying!), which are a variety of brands, thicknesses and shapes and it handled all of them, even the triangular and trefoil shaped ones. Soft leads (BB) weren't a problem either, nor were blending pencils and dressmakers' marking pencils. Comes with a USB cable for recharging and is sturdy enough not to need your other hand to hold onto it while feeding in a pencil. Excellent value.

This is amazing! It does all the work, you just pop the pencil in. Sharpens all pencil shapes.It seems very sturdy and built to last. Easy to empty. Charges with the usb cable supplies or can pop batteries in. Very impressed with it.

Excellent bit of kit!! Doesn’t waste pencil and sharpens even when getting pretty short!! Great point, wasn’t empty and so simple yo use . Holds a good charge!

Started off ok, but if you're not carefully it will eat pencils during sharpening and now I've had it just over a month and it's stopped working and won't charge.So for the price paid it will be going back despite being outside the return window.

When I read the reviews and product spec I was a bit dubious that this pencil sharpener could be that good. OMG it's brilliant. Works like a dream. It's robust, super simple to empty and one charge has so far done 200 pencils. Three sharpness settings are useful and it's just such fun to use. I daren't let the kids in my classroom use it, because theyll be breaking their pencils on purpose to be able to use it !

For the price this is a robust and solid electric sharpener that charges quickly lasting a lot longer than expected even after a busy art session using loads of colour pencils of various widths. The handy 'point' variations is a great feature with minimum noise and very quick sharpening without breakage unlike my hand held traditional ones......this SO much easier!Very pleased so far.
