Outstanding product and even better customer service I’ve had the Waterdrop A1 countertop system for a while now and absolutely love it - the water quality is fantastic, the design is sleek, and it’s genuinely made day-to-day life easier. When the cooling function on my unit recently developed a fault, I expected the usual back-and-forth of trying one fix at a time. Instead, Karina at Waterdrop went above and beyond. Rather than dragging the issue out, she immediately arranged for a full replacement unit and a fresh set of filters, no questions asked. That level of proactive, customer-first service is incredibly rare these days and genuinely sets Waterdrop apart. The machine itself is brilliant - reliable, efficient, great-tasting water -but the customer support is what truly earns this 5-star rating. Massive thanks to Karina for turning a small problem into a reminder of why this brand is worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Gives lovely clean water, which is great—though funny enough, some people don’t actually like the taste of really pure water! I keep a little bottle of trace minerals on top so I can add a few drops when I fancy, and it tastes spot on. Love that it does both hot and cold: the cold water comes out at a perfect drinking temp, super refreshing. I do wish the max hot temp went a bit higher though, since we like our tea proper piping in this house. The kids love it too, and since it arrived we’re all drinking way more water (and actually enjoying it!). It does make a bit of noise every now and then when it’s doing its thing, but nothing that bothers us. Overall, it’s made staying hydrated a lot easier—and even a bit fun!

This is a great product which is backed up by fantastic service Water tastes great and when I needed help, Karina from the customer team was absolutely brilliant. She went out of her way to help. It is not often that you receive service so good. So I would recommend the product as it is robust, easy to use and gives you great water and you know that the customer service team have you covered

I had some issues with my unit but their customer services team (Andrew had been dealing with my issues) has been excellent in helping troubleshoot and find resolution. Would highly recommend them because of their service and will continue to use Waterdrop for the foreseeable future.

ONLY pick this machine if the good quality of BOTH hot and cold water in one counter top machine. Otherwise, I won't recommend this one because this is what you'll get : 1) Lound noise during filtration and cooling which you cannot control when it happens. 2) Say you want to dispense 350ml of water, if the filtering happens in the middle of the process, if won't continue the rest automatically, which means you can only guess about how much you still need to dispense. Or sometimes you thought it's ready but it's not. 3) The water tank is not easy to remove due to the design. It uses the friction to 'slot in' the water tank to hold it tight but that makes is not easy to remove from it. Initially it wouldn't matter that much but the water tank handle is covered by the lid of the water tank, you have to remove the lid first in order to remove the tank, removing the lid means the filtered waste water in the tank is also exposed. As i mentioned the tank is not easy to be 'un-slot' out of the base, with the combination of it's height , just when you have put enough force to lift up the water tank, the water will most likely be spilled out , not to mention you have to move the whole machine sideway to make it just easier because the tank is at the back. I've used it for almost one year, and I got severe shoulder pain already due to this non-ergonomic design. Now I have to turn the whole machine 90 degree at least 2 times a day just to pour away the waste water and refill. Think carefully before you buy !

This is a fantastic system, but it does have a few drawbacks. The water temperature fluctuates between 6 and 10 degrees Celsius, and the compressor struggles to maintain a consistent temperature. However, the real issue lies with the hot water. When it starts dispensing, the water is lukewarm for a few seconds, which requires you to empty the cup immediately to ensure your tea is hot enough. The maximum temperature is 95 degrees Celsius, but the lukewarm water dispensed at first makes a cold cup of tea, which is quite disappointing. Nevertheless, the taste of the water is excellent.

Es una fuente de agua muy cómoda. Para más de dos miembros en una familia, es pequeña, ya que de los cuatro litros que tiene uno se pierde. El ruido de filtrado es fuerte, al igual que el de la refrigeración. Pero por la noche, si se activa el modo noche, no molesta nada. Por ahora estoy muy contenta con ella. Y la comodidad de tener agua fría y caliente al instante, es increíble.

La scelta é stata ardua. Avevo provato un modello molto più basico di altra azienda , che fortunatamente dopo neanche una settimana di utilizzo ,ha smesso di funzionare. Quindi ho scoperto il marchio Waterdrop. Il prezzo del modello che ho scelto, è importante ma merita ogni centesimo speso. Packaging molto curato nei dettagli , in confezione si trova tutto ciò che occorre per metterlo in uso, inclusi i due filtri:RO durata circa 2000litri/1anno ,la variabile dipende dalla nostra qualità dell'acqua di casa;CF durata 6 mesi. In confezione troviamo i manuali uno in inglese completo di tutte le istruzioni e in più in italiano con tutte le prime indicazioni. Il dispenser non è piccolo, quindi da prendere bene le misure sul dove lo si vuole posizionare. La prima installazione é stata molto semplice , e il display ti guida sin dall'inizio nella procedura di primo lavaggio macchina. Solo l'inserimento dei filtri é stato un po' laborioso perché realmente ,contrariamente a quanto riportato sul manuale, non si devo spingere delicatamente , ma con forza durante la rotazione per la posizione di blocco. Ha funzione di blocco bambini che si attiva in automatico quando dobbiamo erogare acqua calda, cosa devo dire molto utile , modalità notte , e modalità fuori casa. Essendo dotato di un vero e proprio sistema di raffreddamento professionale, al primo avvio necessita di due ore per la prima produzione di acqua fredda. Nell'utilizzo e molto smart e intuitivo, si naviga molto facilmente sia nel menu delle impostazioni quando occorre e sia nell'erogazione dell'acqua. Lo schermo led offre una chiara guida sulla misura dell'acqua da erogare, temperatura e valore di purezza dell'acqua. Si può scegliere la temperatura di erogazione in un intervallo che va dai 5°ai 95° passando anche per l'acqua a temperatura ambiente cosa che hooltonapprezzato. Lo consiglio sicuramete. La qualità dell'acqua e il sapore sono notevoli. Il sistema di filtrazione a osmosi inversa fa davvero la differenza !!!

Bonjour, je ne parlerai pas de livraison seulement du produit vendu. Après avoir fait 5 rinçages j'ai vraiment l'impression de boire de la mont roucous c'est vraiment excellent produit bien emballé de qualité. Je recommande.

Super macht genau was es soll. Zur Lautstärke liest man öfters das es wohl störend sein soll usw. Hierzu muss ich unbedingt was sagen da die Kommentare mich beinahe vom Kauf abgehalten hatten. Zum Glück habe ich es trotzdem gekauft. Also es hat eine gewisse Lautstärke aber nur wenn er gerade filtert was nur von kurzer Dauer ist und auch nur passiert wenn man Wasser entnimmt oder frisches befüllt und der Tank leer war. Lässt man sich an der Kaffeemaschine einen Kaffee raus ist es auch laut, sogar viel lauter. Ansonsten macht er beim kühlen ab und an Geräusche. Ich muss sagen tagsüber kriegt man das gar nicht mit. Ansonsten ist es nachts von der Küche bis zum Schlafzimmer kaum bis gar nicht wahrnehmbar das er was macht. Dazwischen liegen bei uns auch keine Türen und die Küche ist nur wenige Meter vom Schlafzimmer entfernt. Ich kann mir die anderen Kommentare zur Lautstärke nachts nur erkläre, entweder haben diese Leute das Gerät im Schlafzimmer stehen oder das sind Menschen die auch von einer tickenden Uhr gestört werden. Dazu muss auch gesagt werden, es gibt einen Nachtmodus wegen der Lautstärke, also dürfte das überhaupt niemanden stören. Zur Funktion: alles einwandfrei. Einfache Bedienung. Filter eingesetzt, Wasser befüllt, gewartet bis gefiltert ist, fertig und zapfen. Wichtig spült beim ersten Mal ordentlich durch bevor ihr das Wasser nutzt. Steht auch in der Anleitung. Wir hatten etwas mehr gespült als in der Anleitung da das Wasser noch einen Beigeschmack hatte. Nach dem ausreichenden durchspülen schmeckt das Wasser nun super. Ich habe auch Wasserteststreifen gekauft und Vergleich zwischen Leitungswasser, Brita Filter und Waterdrop Osmose gemacht. Ergebnis: Leitungswasser ist stark verkalkt, Kupfer ist mit drin und so mache Rückstände. Brita hat tatsächlich Kalk nur minimal verringert und sonst nichts. Osmose hat Kalk auf null reduziert und die restlichen Werte sind ebenfalls in den optimalen Bereich gefallen. Da natürlich das deutsche Leitungswasser nicht mit allen möglichen Sachen vorbelastet ist bzw. Bei uns außer Kalk und vor allem Kupferrückständen relativ sauber war kann ich schlecht sagen was alles noch die Maschine vielleicht filtert was ich nicht getestet habe. Durch den eingebauten Durchlauferhitzer haben wir auch keinen Bedarf an dem Wasserkocher mehr und im Sommer gibt's gekühltes Wasser.
