Not worth buying
Waste of money. It's nothing like "ice cool" or Comforting. The liners are just like wet wipes. Ice pads are just an uncomfortable fat bag of so called ice which doesn't cool and uncomfortable to sit wearing it. The panties are weird shaped and were too big for me. Nothing of it was worth spending so much money on. Disappointed. Won't recommend
