This is a great little gift to give your newly passed drivers. Comes with p plates to attach to your car and a nice keyring as well. Even supplied with mints and a nice tin to go in them, fantastic idea.

what do you get for someone who's just passed their test ? well you could get them a car ! but they may already have one, or plans for one. This is a little amusing token you can get them, it contains some green p plates, a couple of air fresheners, some mints and a metal box, and a new driver sticker to put in the window. It makes a nice little gift

I ordered this for my daughter, who should be passing her test before too long. If there is something that has always caused me anxiety with regard to my children’s safety, it's roads. They are simply dangerous places and your life is quite often in other people's hands. My perception is that drivers have become less patient and I witness a lot of inconsiderate driving, speeding and unnecessary over taking on a daily basis.The 2 items that really matter in this gift are the green P plates and the yellow stick-on sign both indicating to other drivers that the car is being driven by a newly qualified person and essentially asking them to be patient. Of course, this won't make a lot of difference to the most aggressive drivers but most reasonable people will adjust their expectations and driving accordingly. The P plates are the heavy-duty kind with full magnetic backing, in my experience these do not come off unexpectedly.The sweet tin, air fresheners and key ring are a nice touch. I am not too sure about eating mints that come in a kit like this from Amazon so maybe we'll give those a miss and get some of our own.If you just need P plates then shopping around will find a cheaper price. I guess the presentation box and other items add value to this; how much that's worth is up to you.
