Smart, intuitive, and surprisingly quiet
I’ve been using this for a month, and I’m genuinely impressed. In terms of hardware, it performs similarly to other top-tier robot vacuums — it cleans about 90% of my home efficiently. Like most, it’s not perfect along the edges, but it’s still one of the best options on the market. What really sets it apart is the software. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive. Dividing rooms on the map, adding furniture, setting different cleaning modes by room, and customizing cleaning priorities — all of it is straightforward. The smart “no-go zones” and virtual walls are especially useful. I can even set it to vacuum without mopping in specific areas and define custom start and end times. One feature I really want to highlight is the quiet mode. It’s quiet enough that I can comfortably enjoy TV shows or make calls while it’s running — something I’ve rarely experienced with other robot vacuums. The built-in camera is another bonus. I occasionally use it as a quick home monitor when I’m away, which adds an extra layer of convenience. Overall, no regrets — it’s made my routine easier and more pleasant.

Premium Hardware Let Down by Glitchy Mapping
There is no denying that physically, the Jet Bot is a stunning piece of engineering. It has a sleek, premium feel, and now that the price has dropped, it is incredibly tempting. You want to love it. You want it to be the perfect companion for your home. But right now, the software just isn't letting that happen. The hardware is ready, but the mapping intelligence feels trapped. It struggles to navigate the intimacy of a smaller British home, and that is where the frustration sets in. The Main Issues: Mapping Glitches: I have had to delete and redo the maps several times. If it gets lost on its way back to the base, it is usually because the original map has glitched. "Ghost" Walls: It has a hard time distinguishing furniture from structure. It sees a sofa or kitchen cabinets and treats them as solid walls rather than objects sitting in a room. The Room Size Limit: Because it thinks cabinets are walls, it shrinks the floor space in its mind. It then decides my kitchen is too small to even be classified as a "room." Why is there a minimum size restriction? If it is a room, it should be cleaned. The Bottom Line: Competitors like Eufy navigate these spaces without any of these bugs. The Jet Bot is a sleeping giant; Samsung has the hardware perfected, but they urgently need to release software updates to fix these mapping behaviors. Once they do, this will be the market leader. Until then, it is a beautiful machine waiting for a smarter mind.

Does an excellent job of cleaning!
Really good, but even on black Friday sale, a little pricey.

Nice hardware, but app is limited, not as good as the competition
Thought I would give this Samsung vacuum a try as kept having issues with other ones. Hardware is nice the app is basic, very basic. It would not clean under my sofa like previous vacuums, it decided that the sofa and my book shelfs were walls so would not clean under them. The app also told me that my kitchen and utility room were too small to make them their own room. The vacuum part is good, didn't even bother to try and mop as all ready decided it was not fit for purpose and was going back. Boxed every thing up to find out you can't actually turn the robot off. So it was on, bleeping, trying to move inside the box. Explains why it was 0% battery out of the box. Was worth a short but lasted 2 hours before a return was requested. The water tanks are not nice to operate. they do not shut and open smoothy compared to others, feel clumsy. The hover it's self is big compared to previous ones so didn't get as close into tight spaces and corners.

Fantastic
I was hesitant buying this as I saw the negative feedback. I already tried a Dyson version which I returned as kept getting lost. I have had the Samsung vacuum for a few days now and have tried using in vacuum and mop mode. It has done a fantastic job on both vacuuming and mopping. It has not created any issues or got lost. Has avoided hazards and has worked around them. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking g for a bot vacuum.

Useful for families with children, it does clean but misses edges so needs improvement
Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo+ 3-in-1 Cleaning Robot Vacuum Cleaner – Satin Grey VR7MD96514G/EU At a price tag of £999.99 I expected this to be a flawless machine. It is vacuum, mop and Installation of this Robo VAC and downloading the app and using it, setting up the rooms is quite straightforward in my opinion. Installation of this robot vacuum and downloading the app and using it, setting up the rooms is quite straightforward in my opinion. In terms of effectiveness at vacuum cleaning, most of the area cleaned is good enough however cleaning edges is poor which means I have to go over it myself with my Shark upright vacuum cleaner which is time consuming and defeats the point of vacuuming because the edges are where a lot of dust can gather. As we are a family with young children, any help is useful because although we have a thorough clean weekly or every fortnight, dust and dirt gathers daily, even immediately after cleaning so in that sense I put this on when we go to bed as my other half is up late and downstairs is clean for the next day which I like. I do like the mopping function too which works effectively and as it is done in the evening it does not get in anyone’s way but I use it as a vacuum more and mop only once a week apart from the kitchen which get mopped more often. Samsung suggest that during hot temperatures the dust bag should be replaced every one to 2 months and if the dust bag smells at all it should be replaced immediately. That is far too often as purchasing new dust bags mean spending more money on this product. They are 5 for £19 so on top if the extortionate price, more costs. A self emptying container would have been a smarter design. It also suggests that because mops are consumables, they need to be replaced every 1 to 3 months which again is far too often because the mop that I have is a standard mop does not need to be replaced every 1 to 3 months. This robot vacuum cleaner and mop is useful , reduces my workload so ideal for families, easy to set up and use, looks nice, is great to watch it work but needs improvement considering it is very expensive.
