No going back for wood or nylon cutting board
Excellent cutting board and using it for everything, bought few more prices for daily use. I no longer use other material cutting board, even it took less than one wooden board space to store 5 stainless steel board, it is so thin and sturdy. I highly recommend

Don’t buy this !
Advertised as Titanium - and it’s stainless steel. Complete rip off and waste of time waiting for and returning.

It's a metal cutting board. You're trading the cut marks on your cutting board and constant maintenance for higher than normal damage to your knife. If you're used to a plastic or wooden cutting board, you'll have to sharpen your knife a lot more than you're used to. At a minimum, you're going to round the edge pretty easily, so make sure you have a steel or something else to bring the edge back. I don't mind it though. I'd much rather have a nice looking cutting board that's small, thin, and unobtrusive than some massive, thick wooden block that you have to oil all the time. Wooden cutting boards are particularly annoying for me because you have to be careful not to get them very wet, and you have to oil them all the time. This one is way more durable and worry free. As long as you keep it clean, you're fine. To me, that's worth running my knife through the sharpener a little more often.

First, there is a SUS 304 engraved on the cutting board. I looked it up and that is a type of stainless steel, which is safe for food. But, the description touts this as titanium, which is not. So that is deceiving. As a cutting board it's alright. It's on the heavy side, yet pretty thin in thickness. It does scratch a little too. The nice thing is, if it does scratch, due to the material you don't really have to worry about bacteria and germs settling into pores. It's more of a cutting board for dryer types of veggies, foods, etc. If you want to put a medium rare, juicy steak on this thing and cut it, then be prepared for the juice to go everywhere. Same goes for tomatoes, juicy fruits, etc. It's great for chopping broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc. since they don't run all over the place. But, for the price and what they are claiming I just don't really recommend these.

Notice: This product was received at no charge as part of the Amazon Vine program but this is an unbiased review. The cutting board is made out of 100% Pure Titanium. It has a polished smooth surface with a cut-out for a handle at the top. It's big at nearly 15 ½ inches by 11 inches. It's also pretty thin, but since it’s solid metal it’s very sturdy, but it’s not so thin that the edges are sharp. You can pretty much handle it safely without getting cut. Also included in the set are some budget food prep tools like a couple of peelers, an opener, a scraper, and some other things. They’re not that great, but they’re good enough to be useful. The cutting board is easy to clean since it's got a smooth surface. Some cutting boards have a rough texture to stop food from moving while you're chopping or slicing. This is smoother than that, but it does have some minute grooves from the polish so food stays put when you’re cutting and chopping. The one thing that’s a concern is if the metal will dull the knife edge. I’ll have to use it more to check for that. You can also put some scratches on it when cutting, but they are fairly superficial and it’s not nearly as bad as a plastic or wood cutting board. If the scratches got too noticeable, you could polish the surface with a buffing wheel. All in all, it’s different kind of cutting board that’s easy to clean and you can even put it in the dishwasher.

I was really looking forward to this but it scratches, and not easy to pick up. Too thin.

This cutting board while it is thick and sturdy and seems like it's a decent quality metal, it is not actually titanium but is clearly stamped stainless steel. That wouldn't be a deal breaker because a stainless steel cutting board isn't bad. However, I don't like that they were misleading or flat-out lied. My Review Criteria: I do not review anything that I don't want/need for my own personal use and I have enough knowledge about it to provide accurate and useful details. I do tell it like it is and I am not influenced to provide feedback that isn't based on facts or my own experience. Therefore you can trust my unbiased review as if I were a friend looking out for your best interest and that of your hard-earned money.
