Must have tool. Your hands will thank you.
This tool does exactly what it says on the tin. It makes pulling caps and switches a breeze and is massive time and finger saver over the standard wire puller. The grip on caps of OEM profile is great and if you pull straight up it removes them without damaging them, I cannot say that about a wire puller. As for the switch puller the only time I had issues pulling them was if they were jammed into the socket or the gasket holding them was doing too good of a job holding seal. I got them but it required some more force then I was comfortable with, but that said, I would have bent a wire puller (I did with one of the stuck switches)So far I have used this to reseat all the switches in a 100% Keychron K10 V2, it got even the stubborn switches out with ease where a wire puller failed. In that it pays for itself. Instead of taking an hour or more this knocked it down to about 30 minutes to reseat 104 keys. It hasn't worn down, and it works as described. What more can you ask for?

No more switch puller anxiety
I was introduced to hot swappable switch keyboards with a combination of arthritis, less-than-ideal eyesight and just plain frustration. The provided cap puller would send the caps flying half of the time, and I kept breaking switches trying to pull them off.And yes, I watched a lot of tutorials. I knew where the release tabs were, I knew the theory of grabbing them with the tool and I sure as heck knew that if done right, it would take very little work.Well, not for me.I accidentally ran into this tool while looking at how-to videos on Youtube. I couldn't believe that people were able to remove all of the caps and switches from a full format keyboard in maybe a couple of minutes.I decided to buy the tool, worst case scenario it won't work and I can send it back. Well, let me tell you something: it works. It works so good that it made me furious thinking about how anxiety I went through trying to use the bent wire puller tool. BTW, I actually broke one of those bent wire tools just holding it.I don't know what else to say. The key cap remover works with a lot less travel, less of a chance to send off a key cap flying. The switch remover just clicks into position and takes very little force to pull the switch. It just works.

It Rocks!
This thing rocks. I've always used the little metal ones but they hurt my hands so much so I have to take breaks when changing out switches and saw someone mention this in a subreddit so I bought it. No regrets. If you are on the fence, just buy it.

Works great, feels a little flimsy, and only has one catch
This works wonderfully and will save your fingers (and more than likely the plastic on your switches). My two complaints are that the keycap puller side feels very flimsy. I think this is because they made sure to have the plastic be thin so it could slip around the keys easier. The end result though is that sometimes I felt like I didn't have a grip on the keycap. My other complaint is that the key switch puller only pulls from the top and bottom (at least on the gateron switches I had). This means that for both the + and "Return" buttons on my numpad the stabilizers got in the way and I was unable to pull the switch. Instead I had to resort to using the small dinky metal switch puller that I bought this to replace.Outside of those two minor issues that did not effect the actual function of the puller at all this was a near perfect product. It even has a good sound that is satisfying to use in the process of pulling the switches

Good idea, BAD construction and terrible service with seller.
Had so much potential. The pullers are awesome...WHEN THEY WORK. The keycap puller is plastic, which is fine as metal will scratch many keycaps but the design is faulty as the plastic grabbers become loose and stop being able to grab the caps. Same with the switch puller. The seller sent me a "replacement" it came in a ripped open box (not the outer packaging) and the puller was cocked like they hadn't even released it from the last use they didn't even try to make it look new/unused. Buy elsewhere or buy a better quality one. I won't use Gatreon after this and I have 15+ keyboards so - boi bye...9999

The best keycap / switch puller
The really thin prongs for the keycap puller side help to grab keys in small or recessed keyboard cases. I used this to tear apart and build multiple keyboards and have had no issues. Much nicer than the cheap provided keycap / switch pullers that come with keyboards / keycap sets.
