This mat is well made, and I like the fact that it has 2 different types of hitting surfaces. Great for indoor or outdoor practice

The media could not be loaded. Husband loves it!! We were quoted $6,000 to have one installed by a landscaping company. This one is way cheaper and looks just as good and if after a year we have to replace it then that is find. The chipping mat that comes with it is small so he purchased a bigger one from Amazon.

I have nothing to compare this too. I setup my first garage golf sim this summer. All I can say is, I love it... I have well over 500 swings off this mat and it still looks practically new.... It does create some nylon "dust" on the clubs after 30+ swings, but its very minimal and I have been told that's normal for all hitting mats, even the really expensive ones..I don't use the tee/tee holes in the mat. I use other 3rd party nylon/plastic tees of various heights... I much prefer that... So I have no comment on the durability of the built in tees/holes.I use this mat on a concrete garage floor or a stone tiled patio.My only nitpick is I wish it was 5'x5'. The 4' is a tiny bit short with my driver... the back of my feet are right on the edge... Wish I had a better pic of the full mat, but you get the idea...Based on my 2-3month experience, and for the price, It's a winner!

Sheds way too much. Clubs get covered with a coat of green every time. Fine enough if you don’t hit a lot but having to clean clubs after every use got annoying fast.

This mat is worth every penny. I've only used it 3 times now but seems very durable. I've bought cheap mats in the past that just didn't work. This thing is sturdy and stays in place. Feels built to last. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quality golf mat for a simulator or just to hit balls into a net. This one's a winner!
