Requires a compatible USB-c port for Windows PCs for Display Inputs to work. Otherwise, works fine.
The product works as described, however, as mentioned in the instructions, in order to plug dislays into the HDMI ports, the hub must be plugged into a USB-c port on your Windows PC that supports this. My PC has one (aside from the power input) but it is being used for something else. Plugging the hub into a USB port using a USB-c to USB adapter might not work for you because some of these regular USB ports won't support adapters. In order to use the HDMI display input ports on the hub, you must plug the USB-c plug on the hum into a USB-c port directly on your PC that supports the displays.

Excellent for my needs
This little dock substitute is working well for me so far. I saw the reviews saying the HTML connection gave out quickly. Mine still works well but I don’t use it every day. It’s a good value for my needs—it is well put together and compact.

Looks nice, feels robust, has plenty of ports, and likely works well. I say that because the passthrough power is not enough for my Dell XPS 15. Though listed as compatible, I have since discovered that two versions of my laptop exist with one requiring 130w so the 65w doesn't quite fulfill my needs. An OEM one is due to arrive today so in the meantime I'm keeping the load light. Compared to OEM it's a great deal and I say go for it; just confirm the power requirements against your OEM power supply.

Works good, runs a little hot and hdmi ports stopped working after 18 months
The product worked like it was supposed to but unfortunately after 18 months both hdmi ports stopped responding. Additionally, when in use, the product runs a little hot. Fortunately when I reached out to the company they provided me with the opportunity to get a partial refund (due to it being so long since I first purchased it). I would recommend this product as it did work as described for over a year and the company worked with me to remedy my problem.
