A couple years ago I started my search for a leaping bunny certified sunscreen that felt comfortable on my face, didn’t make me look shiny by noon, didn’t break me out, and did its job with protecting my skin. I didn’t ever take sunscreen seriously until I started having moles removed from all over my body that were on their way to becoming cancerous.As someone with sensitive skin that is acne-prone, I’ve never broken out from this. I was so hesitant to try anything that said “tinted moisturizer” because make up breaks me out, and plain moisturizers have always broken me out too. This was a big leap of faith for me but since I first tried it, I’ve barely gone a day without it on my face.I am fair skinned, and this really evens out my complexion. It’s like a very veryyyyy light foundation almost, and looks really natural. Like I mentioned before, I’ve never really worn foundation but always loved the idea of a smoother and even skin tone, and this sunscreen does the job without me having to wear foundation.As far as sun protection goes, this is a 10/10. It’s a high SPF compared to other facial sunscreens I looked into in the past, which is a huge deal for me. I’ve never so much as gotten any shade of pink or red on my face from my sun since I added this to my routine, and I wear it pretty much 5-6 days a week.This checks off all my boxes, which is quite the challenge. Each time I’ve ordered this on Amazon (I’ve never ordered it from anywhere else), the product I receive is always consistent and quality. Absolutely love this, and can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to use sun protection while also evening out their skin tone!!!

This product is incredible! I first apply my moisturizer, followed by the Prime Minimizer Primer, and allow it to dry before using the DRMTLGY tinted moisturizer. It's not a full-coverage product, but it gives a lovely glow without making my skin look oily. I use this on days when I prefer a lighter makeup look, just adding a little mascara.

I love the original product, but it left my skin too shiny. I used it anyway, as I loved all the skincare benefits, sunscreen and tint all in one package. I was happy to learn there was a new, matte version. It goes on smoothly just like the original, dries into a nice matte, not shiny finish. It is not drying and itchy and because of the sheer tint, doesn't act like a foundation. A little bronzer and voila! No need for foundation during the summer months. My only complaint is the texture - there are tiny granules that feels like sand when first applying and I am afraid of scratching my skin. No problems after it is on the skin - I wonder if this is the zinc or the oil absorbing ingredients. I exchanged my first bottle thinking it may have been a bad batch, but the second bottle is the same. Since I love the product too much, I will keep using it, but would like the manufacturer to know there is a texture issue with the matte version compared to the original.

Sorry for the creepy photo - trying to maintain some anonymity. But this stuff is fantastic. Perfect shade (for me), lightweight, light coverage but not translucent, and didn’t dry out my skin. The After (right) photo is after I’ve worn it all day. I’ve tried other tinted moisturizers with SPF that left me dry, flaky, and even burned my under eyes. But this stuff left my skin hydrated, dewy, and definitely no burning. I will say - I use argan oil everyday under my lotion, so that might help. I used 1.5 pumps for my whole face. Not sure how long the bottle will last. But this is definitely a good product. Let’s hope they don’t discontinue it!

I purchased this item after seeing many Facebook posts with rave reviews . I decided as I have drier skin to try the glow and not the matte formula . The coverage is sheer ; and I had hoped for a bit more coverage . I do appreciate the no guessing on which shade is best and have decided to try this product again in the summer months to see if I like it when I have a bit more natural color . I do appreciate the size of the product for the price . There is no cakeiness in the dewy formulation and it doesn’t make my skin too shiny and I did feel my skin felt more moisturized while wearing it

But honestly, on most days, the DRMTLGY tinted moisturizer does enough on its own.If you hate the feel of heavy makeup but still want something that gives a smooth, natural finish with great sun protection, I highly recommend this product. It’s lightweight, hydrating, and gives me just the right amount of coverage. I can’t imagine starting my day without it!
