So, the machine is worth the amount. I have understood and read all the reviews on amazon. Almost, a lot of them will suggest you not to go with it because you need to buy additional accessories worth 10,000 or it doesn't work properly but nobody goes to understand in-depth that the machinery is not at fault here. It's the Ifb after sales service that makes it look that way, the maintenance of the machinery is very easy.Starting from the time I placed my order. The washing machine came in 2 to 3 days and was packed very nicely by Cloudtail. The engineer who came to install the washing machine, I had a horrible experience with them because at first he tried to sell me a stand worth 1600 at 1700rs, TDS adjuster worth 3k and a lot of accessories that were mandatory to maintain the machine but it's not necessary to buy them just because they say so. I just purchased a bosch washing machine stand that has great reviews and is very adjustable but it was just to give machine some height. NOTE-It already has a built in stand that can be adjusted on uneven surfaces.Now, the machine has good features and it will show error when there is something actually wrong with the machine. Ifb gave a user manual which came in pretty handy to understand how to operate it and what kinds of error will be displayed and what to do in those situations to tackle them. Thankfully, I never faced it till now.It has 8 wash programs with Rapid wash that can be used to reduce the time in half (applicable at some wash cycles). I just use Cotton, Mixed fabrics and Quick Wash programs. Once you put the clothes in the machine, you just need to make sure that the tap stays on throughout so the machine can take the water when needed as all the wash cycle will make sure that the clothes come out semi dry and washed four times in water so that the surf is not there in the machine. Trust me, learnt this the hard way.Just some quick tips-1. Don't put a lot of detergent in the machine because over foaming is a thing you want to avoid.2. Liquid detergent helps but it's not mandatory. So, you don't have to go rushing to the supermarket and get yourself one.3. Let the program run it's course and don't keep fiddling with the wash programs4. Make sure you have a 16 Amp plug ready before the Ifb guy comes to install the washing machine.5. Don't always listen to the Ifb executive and read the manual properly before installation as they can misguide you. You don't need to buy accessories worth 10k just because they said so.6. You don't need to buy a stand because even when it is trying the machine is spinning and drying clothes it's actually very sturdy and doesn't shake badly. We just got a stand for giving it some additional height.That's all. I hope this helps!!

I have always used IFB washing machines as they are easy to use and dependable.This is a 6 kg fully automatic machine front loading.The wash is good, it is pretty quiet and noise level is low even during the spin cycle.Only negative: it does not half dry the clothes as my earlier model did. The clothes are wet, although not dripping with water.Also, there is no separate place to add the fabric conditioner as was in my earlier machine.I gave 4 stars because of this.On the whole I am satisfied.

IFB as usual rocks. Always recommend it. Spin speed is awesome. One drawback is the use of liquid. You don't have the option to use powder. But that is not a big drawback, few might think that way. We are moving to the next level and liquid detergent is not bad at this stage. Several modes available in the machine and each of the mode does the work perfectly and in a timely manner. Also once the machine is on and set with a mode, you can actually change the mode halfway through.One thing fellas. The inlet water tube is somewhat different. Based on the inlet water tube, only plastic tap is available. So, if you have already installed a metal tap, then you might have to go through the trouble of searching the connector for metal tap and the inlet pipe.The installation was done very fast and smooth. The character of the installation guys were good as well.After you buy the machine, they will say that the machine should be cleaned once every 30 washes using some chemical called 'Descal'. Not sure, how this will keep the machine clean and safe, yet have to follow certain things to make sure your machine has healthy life.And we all know IFB is very very good at their service. Hence they provide warranty of 4 years on the machine and 10 years spare parts support.Final verdict---- Go for it guys...
