Omg! Just received this today and tried it out for the first time, what an amazing treat for me! I am 64yrs young was looking for something that had good protein and energy, this one has it ALL! All I did was add this to my coffee and off I went! Gave me the focus and clarity & the power today! Just what I needed for my workout! Protein mixed with amazing mushrooms! Just wow! This is the best protein powder I've tried. I have it in my smoothie every single day, and I love it mixed with frozen fruit, ice, and other superfoods/adaptogens like maca, moringa, schisandra, etc, for even more health benefits. It's easy on my digestion, doesn't leave me bloated like most PP, has a lot of collagen, so I don't need to buy another supplement, and I love that it has adaptogens as they're also a regular part of my diet. Clean ingredients and sustained energy. All protein powders are expensive in my opinion, but this one is a really great add-on to your daily routine.For those saying it clumps, I've noticed if you use room temp or slightly warm liquid, it will dissolve super quickly. I tried it to make iced coffee and matcha, and it worked perfectly with no clumps after I added the ice.

Edited:***Just adding an update. I found 2 more uses for this powder since it doesn’t blend well. I make chocolate pudding and “fudgesicles” out of it for my kids. They are delicious!! I used 2 cans full fat coconut milk, 10 whole medjool dates, and 3 scoops of this protein powder. I had enough to pour into 8 popsicles molds (silicone mold also from Amazon) and I refrigerated the rest into small jars for pudding.I love this company and I take their supplements regularly, so I was excited to try this! Unfortunately though, what everyone says about this powder is true. It doesn’t mix well AT ALL. It clumps up and gets weird. That being said, it doesn’t taste horrible. It has that monkfruit flavor… but not bad.The best way to consume this (IMO) is either in a smoothie, or mix with coffee using a handheld milk frother. That did the trick for me.

Sorry not impressed. So I’ve been using another brand for a decade now and one of the reasons I like it is because it mixes well with milk right out of the package. This was a HUGE disappointment. Just chunks floating on top. I even tried using a frothing whip and still couldn’t get it to mix. Hard pass on reordering.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Ingredients …. A little expensive, but I heard give it a month and you’ll be surprised how good you will feel.

I actually love this! It is my favorite protein powder ever! I crave it! Super when blended, when put in the fridge it becomes light pudding. Add more and it makes it thicker. Make ahead of time and it is great in coffee! It has great ingredients that are so good for you!

I am an Ancestral Supplements fan and have been using some of their products for a few years. I tried this protein powder for the first time today. I like that this is a very clean product, no unnecessary ingredients. The only thing I do not like is that it is much too sweet for me. It would nice if they would cut back on the sweetener. It also does not dissolve well in hot liquid. Tomorrow I will try cold liquid and see what happens. I'm still going to go with this product because it is made by AS. They are a very reliable company.Update: I tried half a scoop in my coffee and used a small whisk to mix and it is much better. The sweetness is still there but is not so overpowering as a full scoop.
