What a great mixing board!
This is a great mixing board for beginners and pros! I found this easy to use right out of the box, though the instructions help a lot to ensure you get everything out of this great system. I was most interested in something sturdy and well-designed because the more devices you have hooked up, the more important connection quality is. This has great connections, knobs are tight, this all looks high quality. Even the power plug has a very sturdy reinforced screw-in design to ensure there is NO way you will accidentally unplug this unit mid-mix. I am using mixer to bring in a another stream of audio using a separate digital mixer for the ultimate control over one of my steams, but once on the board this is working and sounding great. I can connect storage devices or sound devices plenty. I have tested out the tape in/out for other external source and delivery options and that is working great too. The LEDs look really nice and bright and help with the overall flow of the device. I really like the digital panel that you can cycle through to select the types of inputs you can bring in like a bluetooth signal or a mp3 player. I have tried both so far - one at a time in this case - and they work great. Bluetooth was a breeze to sync up. So far I have not picked up on any sound quality or interference issues either. The 16DSP sound processor is really powerful and capable! I started out pulling in just one stream and outputting it to a separate device and I hear no different. That is until I use the 3 bands of frequency adjustments, balancing, and fading tools. I am looking forward to experimenting with other devices now that I have the capability. This has up to 6 mics you can hook up too, though I have only toyed with one at a time so far. The phantom power seems to be doing its job on that front too. Overall I am very happy and for this price I think this is a feature-loaded and well-made value.

So I bought this for my friends church can I tell you that they added drum microphones and regular voice microphones. Easy set up and it’s worth it! No issues ! All you need are your jacks and and main power cord to turn on! Has Bluetooth ! Can be used for many functions! Weddings, funerals, birthday etc. very powerful

OK mixer for beginners
This is what I started out with and honestly, I still keep it around but I think I prefer XLR outputs. I got a huge upgrade not too long after which takes care of just about all my needs except for the fact that it's large and doesn't have the 3.5mm ports, but at least I got several adapters to take care of that. I'm not a fan of the plug and how easily it just slips out.

Good all around sound mixer
- Power cord has a unique connection to the unit, and offers a screw-on collar to prevent the cord from being pulled out. This is great, but took a little time to get lined up. Once seated properly it retains connection very well though. - Power cable is hardwired to the transformer/PSU so there’s no opportunity to swap out the AC side for a longer cord. This also means the cable won’t pull loose from the transformer/PSU either. - They offer 6,8 & 12 channel versions to suit your needs Pros: •Sound quality is good. No overt noise in the signal so that’s great. •provides phantom power for mics •can read USB drives for audio tracks to play as backing tracks or to fade to between live event (speeches or events with announcers) •fader knobs offer a high contrast coloring scheme making it easier to see which way the knob is turned •offers on board effects for delay and echo, with ability to adjust some effects parameters as needed •Bluetooth option Cons: •The entire I/O is analog, so there’s no SPDIF or optical I/O • All buttons are a bit squishy, but do click in place as expected. All sliders have no sides, which is odd but works.

Bluetooth signal level is very weak and disappointing
I got this unit specifically to use the Bluetooth feature along with other inputs. The Bluetooth signal is very weak compared to other inputs. I tried the Bluetooth receiver built-in to this mixer side-by-side with another external Bluetooth receiver that I plugged into ports 3/4. Even with the internal Bluetooth turned all the way up to max, it could not match the volume of the external Bluetooth device. I'm sending this unit back.

Great Mixer - Packed with features
Wow. This is a great mixer. It is packed with features. There is separate phantom power on each of the 2 XLR inputs which is super handy. The USB can be used for music playback OR to record with a group of buttons right below the display to use. I ran a laptop to ch 7/8 with a miniplug input. I used this at an outdoor DJ event and it was perfect for this setup. The master slider is super nice as most small mixers have dials for everything, so this is nice to have one master slider. The output is 1/4 jacks, so you many need to convert to XLR for speakers that require that, but many also have 1/4 inch for an input. The instructions are well written. There is miniplug AND 1/4 inch outputs for headphones. I actually used one of the headphone outputs to go to remote transmitter to control a separate speaker with the headphone volume. I highly recommend this mixer for any small DJ setup or podcaster that needs a lot of features in a small space.

85% of the Yamaha mixers at 1/3 the price.
This mixer is attached to 2 monitor speakers in the living room for karaoke nights. It works well. It doesn't get hot and provides a clean sound out. The mics all sound good when using the 3 band eq to adjust. The mixer is really compact and small. The presets/effects work and are fine to use. However, the mix board is a little light. It doesn't feel nearly as robust as the Yamaha mix boards, but this guy is way cheaper. If you're in the need for a quick mixer just for outputting sounds, this is it. Not sure how long it will last, but it's been 3 months and it's still going strong.
