Best meditation bench I've owned
This is easily the best meditation bench I've come to own over the years. It makes me actually look forward to meditating. Perfect posture effortlessly each time I sit.

Not very steady and you need to learn how to initially sit
Product is very comfortable when you are in the position with legs under or in front of you. But, the base is not wide at the end making it unstable. The first few tries to sit on it ended with me on the ground and or chair flying off. Be mindful the surface you use for it, as it makes a difference for stability. If you re making different movements in it to reach something or play a singing crystal bowl, you may loose your sitting.

Nice but some might find it wobbly
I've used two-legged prayer benches for 25 years now, so this is the first "single leg" bench I've tried.Positives: The construction seems solid, and the seat is comfortable with a nice curve to accommodate the bottom and a thin cushion (removable). The extra height is very nice--about 8.5" in the back and 7" in front--whereas most benches on the market are shorter (7" in back and only 5.5" in front).Negatives: Since your body weight is resting on just one leg, it will require good posture and steady balance from the user. Someone who likes to shift their weight around, write in a prayer journal, or occasionally dozes off (!) may find this bench challenging. It can feel kind of wobbly when seated on carpet or a rug. A thin foam yoga mat on a hard floor is probably its best for this kind of bench. Since I travel a lot, I'm a little bothered by its bulky shape. The curved seat together with that big, thick foot will take up considerable volume in my backpack or suitcase, so I may return it. But that issue should not be a problem for someone who just uses it at home or takes it to a local church or spiritual center.

POOR DESIGN
The seat is not stable. The leg will not support an adult sitting on the chair, unless youâre proficient in balancing your body while sitting on a peg leg.

Comfortable
This little chair comes with a little carrying bag and the leg of the chair pops right on and off. I was a little concerned about getting on and off the chair at age 62 but, it was very easy. I donât meditate but, itâs very nice for times when you just donât want to sit on the floor but, you need to be near the ground. There is no stress on my knees when I using the chair, that is the best part for me.

Broke immediately
I got this as a gift. I sat on it just like the woman in the photo. The wood base split before I even had my full weight on it, and Iâm only 150lbs. Cute product, but even if it hadnât broken, I canât see how this would be comfortable with such a thin and wobbly base
