Not good no results

I ordered brown shade and first of all its not the shade shown in the pic. And secondly its not refundable or returnable item though it says it is.And the amount of the product is very less, less than an eyeshadow in the palette. (Pics attached) i accidentally found out the quantity when it fall off from my hand.But if u get the right shade the product quality is good apart from the rate . Bought it for 379 and its too much for the quantity
