I decided to try this product after reading the comments. I figured, best case scenario it works; worst case, I’m no worse off for trying.So far, I am very happy with this product. The taste isn’t terrible. I wouldn’t go buy cans of it for fun, but tastes good enough.I am actually finding myself looking forward to my night-time after dinner drink.It does curb my impulse/craving to drink. It’s not completely gone, but it helps. Drinking is a hard habit to break.My one downside is that it sometimes makes me feel a bit tired/dizzy in the morning. I am reluctant to drink it before work. It’s possible I just don’t eat enough in the morning. It’s supposed to be used after a meal.I will continue to use this product. I hope for continued improvement.

I was pretty skeptical that an OTC drink could help curb my cravings, but this honestly works. I didn’t drink on day one at all, on day two, I poured myself a glass of wine, took one sip and dumped it down the drain. I drink one in the morning and one at night and I simply haven’t had the cravings I used to have. I’d give it a try…you have to be mentally ready to cut down or quit, but this sure appears to help me!

Good product would definitely continue to use. Great taste and is curbing my cravings in a short period of time. Look forward to seeing the outcome with continued use.

I’ve only taken 9 tablets so far, as instructed. I feel like it’s worth continuing to see the effect after long term consistent use. I do feel a decrease in cravings, almost like I do after a workout, but notice it only lasts for a short while (under an hour). For the price it’s a little hard to justify so far. Hopefully with more consistent usage, the effect increases & lasts longer. It tastes great and dissolves quickly.

The taste is much better than I thought it would be. Only suggestion is to make different flavors. So far seems to be helping.

I like that I feel amazing the next day, whether I drank the night before or not.
