I had to take twice per day during post op surgery. Pills actually lowered my blood pressure a lot. After 2 months and because I’m already on blood pressure med, I only take one pill per day. Plus you get a lot of pills for the price you pay.

The size of the container (500 tablets) is a plus so you won't have to purchase very often. Pills are exactly as others I have had, and more and more doctors advise seniors to take a baby aspirin every day. There is no taste if you are swallowing the pill, nor is there a smell.
