I purchased this hand massager for my 90 year young mom since myself, and several other family members found it very beneficial for many issues we were all having. It's a GREAT machine!! Unfortunately, her machine has some mechanical issues and it needs to be replaced. My mom does not have access to my Amazon account (wouldn't know how to navigate it) so she could print a return receipt. She also lives in a very rural senior community and only has access to a couple shipping options that are nearby. We live in different states. I was in a dilemma about getting this hand massager replaced for my mom. I contacted the product's support team and explained our situation. They were very helpful in helping my mom switch this out. They will be sending her a new machine with a pre-paid return label so my mom can box up the one that's not working and send it back. I am so very grateful to Medcursor customer support!!! As far as the machine... it's fantastic. My daughter is disabled and right hand was injured in an auto accident 29 years ago. This machine is godsent to her. She gets so much relief from not only from the massaging but the heat is also very helpful. This hand massager is her new best friend!!! We have 2!!! So many options so many different levels of pressure and hand movements while the massager is using the airbags to compress your hand. I am in shock! This is a phenomenal massager. Well worth the price it stretches your hand and presses it and does all the things that need to be done. If you're on the fence get this I drive as a profession and my hands are always tight this has been in use Non-Stop and it has a timer from 10 15 to 20 minutes I love this machine Best Buy so far

Ordered this item BRAND NEW and the first use was FANTASTIC! Everything worked! Tried to use it again with great expectations and the heating element did not work! No light came on. Tried to unplug & plug back in to no avail. I loved it so much from ONE USE that I put in to return and send me a replacement. Weeks later the replacement is delivered and guess what? IT’s a REFURB!!! Came in a generic unmarked boxed, but event packaged the same as the new one! So I charge it, and THE SAME EXACT ISSUE! Heating source DOES NOT WORK! I’m DONE! Fool me once…blah blah blah….TERRIBLE to even send me a REFURB! Truly insulted by that! Sending it back for a full refund!

I have pain in my left hand in the palm area and in my wrist from driving and from having a bad habit of tucking my hand under my head while I sleep (I'm a side sleeper). I researched hand massagers and decided on this one because it seemed to have all the features I wanted and it would be covered under my FSA account. The device is a quality piece and it definitely helps with my pain! I thought that the massaging aspect would be like a shiatsu massage, but it instead uses compression massaging (air bags inflating & deflating). It's actually difficult to find a shiatsu style electronic hand massager, so I kept it and am glad I gave it a chance. It was affordably priced, with different adjustment features, and the heat is really comforting as well! Although I haven't tried it, I understand you could even place your foot in one for a massage, it's roomy enough for that. I highly recommend this product!

This has really helped my hands and sometimes I use on my feet. I only give it 3 stars because the heating feature stopped working after a couple of months, of course after its too late to return.

Great product for a great value. I have minor carpal tunnel, and the pressure and heat really help my hands and wrists.

Bought this due to stiff older hands with nerve damage and now I sleep deeply and throughout the night. In the event I forget, I'm up every couple of hours. If I can't get back to sleep, I'll use the machine and I'm out. Massage set at 5 Time 15 minutes Pressure 2 GET IT!
