Keeps the cold weather out
The adhesive works great and I like that the foam stripe fits great around the door. The foam strip covers the small crack between the door and I like how easy it was to install and cut. The foam strip works well and I like the value you get from using this product.

It stops drafts, its what I expected
This was easy to install, just cut to size. The adhesive so far is working, I used it on the door going into the garage so it kinda cold in there, no air coming through. The only thing that wasn't good is the paper would tear when it came to the creases so it was harder than it should have been.

Made winter with a drafty door bearable.
Regular door insulation was not working well. Was looking for a different idea. Came across this, it looked like what I needed. My door is old and drafty. This was a big improvement over the v type insulation I used previously. Was pleased with the results. The first 2 months of 2025 were freezing, this improved my situation a lot.

Buy it!
Worked really well for filling a gap in a door frame. Really easy to apply and so far has lasted much longer than the thing it replaced!

Weather Stripping That Keeps the Cold Out and the Warmth In!
The 196” Wedge-Shape Foam Weather Stripping has been a total lifesaver for our home! It’s super easy to install and has really cut down on the cold air coming in through our 30-year-old windows. The foam fits perfectly into the gaps, creating a tight seal that blocks drafts, noise, and even light. It’s made such a noticeable difference, especially during the winter when the cold air used to sneak in all the time.I also used it around our front door, and it’s helped reduce outside noise while keeping the warmth inside. The white color blends in nicely with the window frames and doors, so it doesn’t look out of place. If you have older windows or doors and need a quick, effective solution to block drafts and noise, this weather stripping is perfect!

Did not find it great or easy
I used up all three tapes in the set to try to insulate my door, and still ended in a failure. Either cannot close the door, or, after cutting it in half or only the tiny part, or only the thick, it is either too much or too little. So, the instructions are not good. Also, the adhesive cover is too tightly stuck to the adhesive layer, so starting starting the peeling is not easy. It almost comes off together with the top tape.I admit that I cannot find anything better, so I am going order more and try again with less cutting. But I wish it had a wider sticky layer, easier to peel only the protective cover, easier way to trim the sides, or to be much softer, so it better fits the varying sizes of gaps.

Keeps the wind from coming in the space around my house doors.
Nice heavy duty weather stripping I bought for around my house doors. They are fairly easy to install. They have a self stick strip on the back side and come with several prep pads to clean the edge of the door where one would mount this weather stripping. I added a bit of extra anchoring to my doors with some 3/4 inch Cut Tacks that are very sharp on one end and have a big enough head so they can be hammered in easily and will not pull through the weather stripping. I suggest if you use any of these type of nails you hold them in place with a small needle nose plyers while driving them into the wooden door. My doors are all solid wood. I don't think one would need to use anything extra to fasten the weather stripping to a metal door. You would want to door warm so the sticky backing will do a good job of holding the strip to the door. Your door will need to be very clean and you will need to use the prep pads. The prep pads are NOT just alcohol. They are caustic to the skin, so I suggest using a fairly thick pair of disposable rubber gloves when using the prep pads. This should help save on my heating bill.
