Wonderful when it works!Connection issues. For some reason this thing is terrible with connection issues! It’s constantly saying there was an error and unable to get video stream. So we grab the cheap camera we also have and use that one instead most of the time since this happens all day every day. With the app and with the device it comes with, it doesn’t connect. WiFi is full strength and right next to the baby camera and it still says it can’t get a signal when all other devices can. It doesn’t give an option to record on its own: you have to open the app and press record, then it gives me an error and says it can’t record because it lost connection. It would be nice to be able to put a memory card in for continuous recording so I can look back and see footage so I can see what my baby was up to.The temperature gauge is a little off and always says it’s warmer than it is. I’m not sure if it’s by the camera itself and that’s why it feels warmer next to the battery or because heat rises?Cry translator doesn’t pick up crying half the time or just says “cry is translating” and doesn’t actually translate. When it does translate, it’s incorrect at least half of the time for our baby. But maybe our baby is just different.Music feature is cool to use as a backup plan. It lets you record your own lullaby which is nice.The sensor for how long baby has been in bed and respiratory rate don’t really work either. Crib can be totally empty and it says baby is in there and breathing. Or says he’s in a light sleep when he’s awake and playing in the crib. Then when I put baby in the respiratory rate is way off. If anything in there has a pattern like sheets or his clothes or his mobile above the bed, I think it makes it harder for the sensor to detect baby. There’s also no alarm function if the respiratory rate is way too high or low. Not super helpful. We have an Owlet which does alarm so that’s fine for us.The night vision is really great and I can see baby clearly with it. You can use your phone to talk to baby but I don’t really use that since I’m close by anyway.I do love that it builds an encrypted channel, though, for privacy. That’s really great and worth dealing with connection issues.Overall I think it’s great, but could use some improvement with its poor connectivity issues and sensor accuracy, along with better recording options like motion detection or continuous with a memory card.

This baby monitor is absolutely amazing!! Best purchase for baby we have made! However the cry translation feature is inaccurate and don’t find it useful, actually a bit annoying. It was incredibly easy to setup, I love the fact that it comes with a mount for the crib. The main feature that sold me was the breathing indicator. My son sleeps like a rock at night and if it wasn’t for the breathing monitor, I would be checking on him every 5-10 minutes because he doesn’t move. It’s really nice to have that reassurance to calm my mom anxiety. The camera and audio quality are top notch too. I highly highly highly recommend this baby monitor! Yes it’s very expensive but well worth it.

I absolutely love this monitor! I’m a new mom and had anxieties about my baby during sleep (Will I hear her cry, what if she spits up, how do I know if she’s breathing). Thanks to this monitor, I was able to put her in her crib in her own room night 1! This camera is excellent quality and I appreciate the zoom feature so I can really see her face to make sure her clothing is not in the way of her breathing. I preferred to use the monitor and have her in her own room compared to have her right next to me in the bassinet because the monitor can wake me from my sleep with various notifications (room too warm, baby is awake, etc.). I also love that it tracks the amount of time they’re placed in their crib which makes it easy to reference to for determining when to wake her and also for purposes of tracking her sleep in her first few weeks. No issues with connectivity.One thing that is not perfect is the breath rate monitoring. It’ll show her breathing to be lower than what it needs to be. I’m wondering if this is because we use a swaddle and therefore, the camera has harder time detecting her belly breathing

Im so obsessed with this baby monitor. It truly has everything we wanted and isn't nearly as pricey as some of the large competitors.We wanted the ability to have both a physical monitor as well as app capabilities, check.We wanted a monitor that would detect heart rate and breathing without extra accessories, check.We wanted user friendly, check.We wanted sleep tracking, check.It also has a built in nightlight and can play white noise or music.It even has cry detection AND translation. WHATT??We have never had any connection issues with it and the setup with SO simple. So simple, in fact, that when we went out of town when baby was 3 months old, we even brought the monitor with us. Clipped it onto the bassinet, connected it to the wifi and we were good to go. Beautiful.I truly only have nitpick things I would have loved: I wish that once you get a sound, movement, or cry notification that it would start recording. Almost the way a Ring doorbell does. But again, that's a nitpick.Also, if baby fusses and I pick her up, I can no longer have access to any of the info on the SenseIQ, which is frustrating sometimes.Overall, I truly cannot recommend this monitor more highly. I can't imagine why someone would spend way more on the competitors monitors when this is out there.
