I have a book shop featuring local authors and cannot always find their books new, but I want to have them represented in here so I buy their used ones.

タコスが好きなんですが、定番レシピしか知らないので、 バリエーションを知りたく表紙買いしました。 レシピは300種類と豊富なんですが、 洋書にありがちな料理写真がほとんどないタイプでした。 写真は16品分のみで、タコスの料理法にもともとなじみが ないので料理完成後のイメージが全く想像出来ません。 正直、ガッカリです。

I gave this as a gift to my daughter and her boyfriend, who love to cook, and they are delighted at the delicious recipes with a variety of food choices they've never considered for tacos.
