Good for all day use
I've got flat feet that make my knees ache after a long day on my feet, so I snagged these insoles hoping for some relief. They fit all my shoes perfectly, and the layered heel wedges actually help nudge my overpronation into better alignment with no discomfort at all. My posture's improved, and they're comfy enough for all-day wear. You get 2 pairs which was unexpected - one pair black and another transparent. They have sticky bottoms to stay in place in the shoe. Wish I'd tried 'em sooner!

These do the trick!
I really liked these insoles. My high arches collapsed a couple of years ago causing my right ankle to severely over pronate. The impact misaligned my leg putting pressure on my hip. It is very painful and makes me walk like a penguin. So, I've had to wear heel supporting sneakers- not always conducive in a professional work setting. I tried these out and they seemed to work. No pain or limping at the end of the day. The insoles sis slide slightly and will work on a better way to put them in my shoe. The product came with 3 pairs.

Great for collapsed arches!
I put these in just about every shoe I own. They actually support my feet in a way that forces me to stand correctly. Quality is fantastic; they held up through an entire day in flats at an amusement park and then some. The stickiness is perfect because they're still attached to those flats after months of regular wear. I didn't need to cut them at all. And only doubled up the thickness in the beginning.

Innefective at all for Supination because it's too short and low to give support to our foot
I returned it. Its design is innefective at all for supination. The reason is that it's too low and too short. Even if it was a little bit higher at the outside of the foot, it could not give support for the outside of the foot, since it's too short. I have to correct supination, so I need a product that gives support to my whole foot, not only the heels. If you have Supination, do not buy this defective product. Look for a product that is longer and higher at the outside of the foot.

Corrective Insoles for Supination
As someone who has experimented with a variety of insoles, orthotics, and other footwear, I must say that they drew my attention due to their distinctive appearance. The medial and lateral heel wedges seemed to be a viable option for resolving the troubles that I am now experiencing. I was left with a favorable impression of the quality when they came. Both the material and the two-layer method seemed to have been carefully thought out, and the material felt both robust and comfortable. Being someone who has bigger feet, I found it difficult to locate insoles that fit correctly. I enjoyed the fact that there was a size range available. The adaptability of these insoles is, in my opinion, the property that stands out the most. Both supination and over-pronation may be accomplished with these, which is a really ingenious feature. Overpronation was a problem for me, so I made sure to follow the directions and position them in the appropriate manner.

Corrective without being painful
I have had a lot of issues with shoes either being too supportive or not supportive enough. I put these corrective insoles in my new balance tennis shoes which I like because they are supportive without being too thick but they didn't do anything to help with my pronation. These insoles help to correct my gait when I walk so that my ankle isn't rolling in as much. I wouldn't say they completely correct pronation but they help to not exacerbate the problem.
