It will work great for the escape room puzzle that I want to use it for! The craftsmanship is just like the picture and it works just like it says it will. It took me a little time to get it to lock back in place, but once I figured out how to do that, it works great! With some helpful hints or clues, I feel children as young as 5, or any age up to adults, can figure out how to open the box. I highly recommend this puzzle box!

The first time I saw this, I knew I wanted one. I got exactly what I expected. It is constructed well, looks good on my desk and fun to play with. If you want one yourself I would highly recommend getting this one. It does have a small metal ball that could be shallowed so I wouldn't get for small children.

This fairly simple wooden puzzle is an awesome gift for people that like puzzles with the bonus of having a hollow section that appears when you figure out how to open it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the inner compartment is kind of small, which limits what you can put in it for someone to discover. If you fold up cash enough it could go in it but it definitely won't fit a gift card. Other than that, it is an entertaining little puzzle box that is built pretty well for the price and is a unique little gift for the Problem solver in your life.

This puzzle is very well made with good quality material. Easy to solve if you're experienced with brain teasers, but very hard to figure out if you're new to solving brain teaser puzzles. Just put it out on the table for your friends and guest to look at, and it will immediately call attention. The look on the faces of those who are not familiar with brain teaser puzzle is priceless. Just have fun watching the frustration and reaction of those trying to solve it.

This box is beautiful and very well made. The wood is polished and there are no rough edges. I would recommend this product.

I really wanted this to work, I really did! I wrestled with this a couple days prior to our wedding and I just couldn’t make it work consistently enough to be fool proof on the big day at the big moment when I was already nervous enough as it was in front of everyone. I love doing woodworking projects and the level of precision in the fit in this is perfect for joinery in something not designed to move once aligned, but the finish makes it a little too sticky and frustrating to work without struggling. Perhaps Im being a little critical, just speaking from the perspective of a nervous groom at that one moment no man wants to screw up and forever be embarrassed by memories no one will let you forget. Lol
