LOVE IT!! Compact, sturdy reinforced cords, USBC & lightning connections, holds a good charge, charges rapidly, comes in several colors that make it easy for me to locate in my bag/knapsack. Very useful. Makes a great gift. Form + function = great product!

This power bank isn’t the smallest available, but it’s small enough to make it easy to carry in my purse. The attached cables are a great design feature. It charges quickly and the battery life is plenty to charge my phone multiple times. I like that it has an additional USB port although it does not include a cable for this port. It comes in various colors which for me adds the the ease of locating it in my travel bag.

We love the power bank! I got this for my high schooler who travels with her team and it gives her 2 full charges, holds up outside in the heat well and we love that it has multiple charging options! It’s worth it!

I spent way too long trying to find the best portable charger. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because this isn't something I see myself using often, but I also didn't want to end up stranded at Disney with a dead phone. This met my needs perfectly- the price was reasonable, it didn't require extra cables (or any, actually.) I think there's a newer version that's probably even better if you have a newer phone, but I needed the lightening cable for my iphone 13. At first when I took this out of the box I thought it was heavy, but when carrying it around in my bag, as well as in my hand while it was charging my phone I never actually found it heavy. The size made it easy to carry in my hand along with my phone while it was charging, and I think my husband charged his phone with it in his pocket. We didn't use it a ton, but were both able to charge our phones on one charge with no problem. We didn't ever try charging multiple devices at once, but I liked that option. I thought the device itself charged up quickly and it charged my phone quickly, even while I was using it. Overall, I'd recommend this device- if you're where I was, spending too much time reading reviews trying to pick a good one, this is it! And it comes in PINK! :)

I lent my one of these to family for an overseas trip. Having both lighting and USB-C cable firmly affixed and tucked away while providing a convenient handle to extract the battery pack from your bag, pocket or wherever, was utter happiness and pleasure. No searching for cables, unwinding/winding folding, wrapping of cables. These flat braided cables and their connectors are seriously substantial. I also love that they come in lighter colors, rather than "just in case tactical black", that hides in your backpack, bag, car, clothes. Mine is inadvertently personalized with colored pencil marks from riding around in my backpack - and that's cool. When my family returned from overseas, they sang the praises of this compact, robust, findable, useful battery pack. Coolest form factor. I was of course, asked to procure one for the family member immediately. SO here I am.When your group or family all has different devices with different plugs THIS Anker ZOLO power bank is the solution.I am not easy on any of my gear. I work outdoors, work out of various vehicles, long days out in the elements - cold wind , rain and intense heat - and their stuff just worked. I am a long time customer of Anker charging products, their cables, those glorious multi-USB port chargers.

Sadly, after 9 months it stopped working — stuck at 0% and won’t charge. Very disappointing.Upstate: the customer service contact me quickly to see how to solve the problem 。

Love this charger! I have two devices with two different types of charging cords and this allows me to charge both at the same time. Holds enough charge to always be sure my devices are charged. I would definitely buy it again!

First off, she's cute, okay? She's pink and I'm in my girly phase so I absolutely HAD to get this. However, she may be adorable, pinky goodness but she is an absolutely life saver. Charges fast, both out to phones and other electronics but also being charged is fast too. It slips easily into a purse so you can help out yourself or a friend on the go. I love the two charging cables already connected, but I only ever use the USB-C for my iPhone. (I've even used it to charge my Steam Deck up too but that's our secret now, ok?)For me, if I let my phone get down to like 20%, it takes about half of the power bank to recharge my phone up. Thankfully it doesn't take too long to charge if you just let it sit and do what it's gotta do. Gives you some time to read a book, touch some grass, you know?Also, I absolutely got compliments on it when I went to a j-hope concert (it's a k-pop thing). The other girls loved it, took pictures of it, said they wanted one too. Honestly, I'm trying to bandwagon you guys onto this too. It's great!
