This is a much better version of any other Creatine I have ever tried, this one specifically helps with the night leg cramps(happens very seldom) compared to any other creatine I have tried~! This also gave me a good pump and more healed sore legs on a very big leg day workout(for the record I have like Manny's P. ginormous calves but this still help me a lot)~!

I absolutely love EFX sports products given that they were created by a doctor an ex bodybuilder it makes sense that they work so well. I’ve been taking creatine on and off for 12 to 13 years and hands down This is the best creatine in any aspect that I have ever taken. I will never buy any other creatine again. There is no bloating, There’s no need to cycle off of it ever and gives you incredible pumps. I really enjoy the pill form, and for me the results were very noticeable very quick . I also use the karobolyn they make for a pre and post workout ……..my boys this is god juice !!!! Do not mess your body up with harmful drugs when this is available I promise you if all you do is add this and karabolyn to your daily routine you will double your strength in half the time which means quicker aesthetic results.

This is the buffered version of creatine which is much easier on the stomach than the everyday creatine monohydrate which doesn't dissolve well in water.The ph balance makes it more bioavailable and therefore you need less than the normal 3-5 grams you would take with monohydrate. You still need to take it everyday (same day isn't going to cut it) but unlike monohydrate, you don't need a loading phase.Also does not convert to toxic creatinine so it's better for those who have kidney or liver issues.Is it better in any other way? Probably not. Also 3-4x as expensive as monohydrate, but I find the delivery (capsules) and ease on the stomach to be worth the price so I stick with this.

Why taint a great product with terrible dye's just to make it look cool? Some people are sensitive to these chemicals and it's unnecessary to add them esp to products where people are working out and trying their best to be healthy. Taking FD&C Red #3, FD&C Red #40, FD&C Blue #1 everyday is not improving your daily health.

There’s nothing that I disliked about this product, but I can say that I was pleasantly surprised that I saw noticeable results by taking Kre-Alkalyn compared to other creatine monohydrate products that are on market. Now, I understand why Kre-Alkalyn has such a high rating and large number of users on Amazon.

I have been taking creatine monohydrate powder for years, but I always felt bloated and puffy.
