Works in Bell&Howell large Monster zapper
As others noted, these work in the Bell&Howell large monster zapper. If you search Amazon for these infrared replacement bulb in tube shape, you get 2 sizes - 12" and 13" (includes the pins at the ends). The Bell&Howell takes 12". If unsure, just put a tape measure up to your unit and see if it looks like 12 or 13 at the bulbs including the hidden pins in the sockets. This brand is the only one I saw that was 12". This is my 2nd purchase of this brand. The 1st lasted about 2 years. During the whole 2 years, the old bulbs seemed to work great. Lots of zaps! Best invention mankind's ever come up with. (this Monster zapper, and the tennis racket style bug zappers too!) I just now put these new ones in, so I don't know if they'll last too.Note, as I discovered, when the bulbs go out, the whole unit appears dead. I don't know if it takes one or both to go out though, but it's just the bulbs (at least for me). Apparently, when these fluorescences go bad, they open-circuit just like incandescent bulds do. (I didn't know that.) A clue is a big dark spot at one end of the bulbs. I put an ohm meter on the 2 pins at each end, and sure enough, one end of both of my old bulbs was open, the other end was conducting. And on the new bulbs both ends were conducting.Note also as I discovered(!), even when it's off AND unplugged, it's still charged and will zep you if you touch bug grid while changing the bulbs! Unplug it and short out the bug grid with a screwdriver before changing the bulbs to clear the charge. Also just a suggestion, when you open it up to change the bulbs, get a small brush and run it over that side of the bug grid just to get any bug residue off of it. You could open up the other side and do the same if you want to go the extra mile too.

Bulb didn’t even last 8 months
Bulb didn’t last 8 months, color was more purple black light color than regular bug zapper bulbs

Fits in Bell Howell Monster Zapper
Used these to replace the bulbs in my relatives Monster Zapper. The original bulbs are 10w each so these are just a little bit less, but they fit right in, and works just as well. Same color light output as the old bulbs.

Good UV output
I put four of these bulbs (two packages) into a "Nature Bright SunTouch Plus Light and Ion Therapy" lamp that I bought a couple of years ago, replacing the original 8000K bulbs that had nearly zero UV output. Using a camera with a black UV filter, I was able to compare the UV output to a sunny day with 30 degree elevation sun, and these four bulbs provide about 1/3 the UV of sunlight, at about one foot distance. This is enough UV to be useful but not so much as to be a hazard. Some other reviews have complained about the life of these bulbs, so I'll check in next month, but for now, they are doing well. The attached photos show the SunTouch with the UV bulbs, and a screenshot of the Suntouch lamp on Amazon. It's easy to open the case and swap out the bulbs. The Suntouch lamp I used:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000W8Y7FY(The nanny state of California won't allow you to buy one these days, I think they've banned ion generators. Can't let the proles take charge of their own lives, of course.)

Not as big as you think
Light works but could be about twice as big, sticky paper will have to be changed monthly, our bigger one only every 6 months. Also a bigger light puts out more light. The room must be completely dark for this to work on flies. So if you have a security always on security light it will not work, because its to dim.

Works for two weeks, burned out
Ordered two sets of these lights. The first set, both bulbs had burned out within a month. I thought, okay, cheap product, order another set. The second set burned out within two weeks, after waiting almost two months due to covid, I would say DO NOT ORDER THESE BULBS. Find some local or buy another bug zapper. Stay away from this seller and this product.

Works great but doesn't last long
These UV BL bulbs fit my fly trap perfectly and is priced reasonably compared to other brands. However, the original Philips branded bulb lasted over 6 months but these only last 2 months at most. I also installed a timer so the lights turn off during the day to see if I can increase its longevity, but so far I am still having to replace these every couple of months. Amazon doesn't really carry any brand name UV BL bulbs of this size, so I guess these will do for the time being.

Great item
Great product, took long to find the right one, it even looks better and brighter than the original I had. Would definitely be likely buying more in the near future.
