If looking for thin, this is the one.
This isn't a true compression sleeve - feels more like a thin neoprene sleeve - but ideal for helping protect knee after surgery. I'm 5'11 / 150lbs and found the medium to be perfect fit. Goes from about six inches above knee to 3-4 inches above ankle. I found wearing a compression sock or higher ankle sock under helped with look and feel.Would probably opt for another brand if I wanted true compression, but has helped with protection and a little with circulation.I'd also choose this to run or do activity in over a thicker compression leg sleeve.

Great fitting product, just wish it went higher on thigh

Not an actual compression garment.
This is not a true compression garment. It only compresses the 1” area around the band, the rest does absolutely nothing. It does not function as an actual compression garment.

Not What I Hoped For Looks Cool, But Not Very Effective
I'm a high school and club volleyball player, and as a libero, I deal with frequent leg and joint pain. I bought this compression leg sleeve hoping it would help with muscle support and recovery. Unfortunately, it didn’t provide the compression or relief I was looking for it felt more like a regular legging than a true compression sleeve. To be fair, I did size up based on other reviews, which might have affected the fit. Because of that, it doesn't stay up on its own unless I pin it to my spandex. On the bright side, it does look cool and the material is nicely opaque, so at least it has some style points. Just don’t expect strong compression or performance support from it.

Hip Cover
I used this for my hip surgery. It kept my leg from swelling.

Fantastic feeling fabric - but not much in the way of actual compression
I absolutely love how silky smooth these feel, but unfortunately they don't have much in the way of actual compression - which is the whole reason I bought them in the first place. If I had to guess I'd say The compression strength is 10mmhg, whereas 20-30mmhg is about the absolute minium needed to experience the benefits of compression gear.If they fixed that issue or offered stronger versions, I'd buy them by the dozen!Because of this issue, unfortunately I can't recommend.
