Great product at a great price. I've been using it for about 3 months now and has really helped with recovery from high intensity kettlebell workouts and running. Strength is improving and I'm not smashing all my workouts without burning myself out. Can't fault it and will continue using it. Switching all my supplements to Applied Nutrition now.

My favourite creatine. It takes a little time to dissolve in but I just make it up and go about my morning, once I come back to it before going to work, it’s all dissolved and ready to go. There’s no taste to it, which I prefer as I tend to get bored when I’m drinking the same flavour constantly and I find they get sickly after a while.

Good product & delivery was on time

Very good quality, gives no stomach problems and is easy to take the correct dose with the scoop included, normally take this with my pre workout for energy and needed creatine before my gym workout but you can take it anytime, maybe a little pricy but worth it and very effective. Once or twice I have gotten ones that are a bit clumpy but overall a great product

Quickly delivered. Bought because it ticked all the boxes with regards to this product. Dissolves very easily in my cold coffee drink. Mind seems to be sharper and muscle recovery/ growth is up. On my second tin so happy with it.

I’ve always been a fan of creatine because it works. For me I get stronger and increase reps. This is easy to mix and there’s no waste in the glass, so micronising is brilliant.

It's my favourite creatine brand because it dissolves far better than competitor products I tried. I appreciate creatine's impact on improving ATP production, and it helps me with post exercise recovery. Helped me in my rehab after a major illness affecting my joints and tendons. Also really like the brain benefit of creatine - much better clarity (less brainfog, less headaches, greater focus).
