Great product, happy with performance
Read many reviews that is doesn't quite hold and such. But still decided to try and so happy I did. It works great for me. If you choose the right size for you and fit it well doesn't move and practically there isn't any big discomfort. Feels a little odd at first but you get used to it quick as it is not irritating. I jogged a few days with it, never fell out, could breathe well and works much better than playing with strips. The only thing to be mindful of using it if you have a runny nose. Then is it not a comfortable experience. For most women I think small size will work best. I ordered a set of medium and small and medium is too big and I do not have the smallest of noses.

Effective, at least up to a point. Sore nose? Vaseline!
I have found the medium size to be fairly good at dilating my nostrils, but this then caused dryness inside the nose, and when I blew my nose it bled a little because of this. Mentioned it in passing to my GP, who said the broken blood vessels and soreness are due to the enforced dryness at night, caused by opening up your nostrils with two bits of silicone, which makes sense. She advised using a smidge of good old Vaseline on the sore spots (mine are generally on my septum) during the day. You can’t do this at night because the device is far more likely to slide out! I bought the sports ones as they were the n cheaper than the non-sport version. The only difference I can discern is that the sports versions have a little protuberance on each leg, which to me looks like an extra security-in-the-nose type of thing. I’m female, with a normal sized female nose, not huge, not tiny. The small did nothing. I’ve used the medium one almost constantly since I bought it. It’s lasted me a lot longer than the stipulated 3 months. I bought around 9 months ago. It’s still in one piece, but it has become less rigid than it was, and it’s getting harder to place it correctly to open up my snorey nostrils - I get a lot of sinusitis and a bunged-up-feeling nose (swelling from inflammation) which then means I reflexively open my mouth to breathe in my sleep. When my nostrils are sufficiently dilated, my mouth stays closed and I don’t snore. Be aware that if you snore ONLY from your throat, and it isn’t related to you opening your mouth to compensate for a blocked nose, then these prob won’t work. But they DO work for nose snorers! But they are stupidly expensive.

Sore nostrils
I have a deviated septum so I thought I'd give these a try.The transparent one (medium)was to large kept slipping down and the blue one(small) was making my nostril sore,I tried for a week but they made no difference to my nostrils and I was still suffering with nasal congestion. It might work for some but didn't for me, unfortunately I cannot send back as they have been used.

Helpful for breathing, but comfort and fit may vary
I tried the Airmax Sport Nasal Dilator mainly to help with snoring and to improve my breathing during sleep. It definitely helps open up the nasal passages — I could feel the difference almost immediately, and it reduced mouth breathing, which in turn lessened snoring on most nights. It’s very easy to use — you simply insert it into the nose, and it stays in place with a gentle outward pressure. No sticky strips or complicated setup, which is great, especially for those looking for a simple and reusable solution. The overall functionality is smart and minimal, and it’s much more environmentally friendly than single-use nasal strips. In terms of effectiveness, it does what it claims: it improves airflow and encourages nasal breathing. As a result, I found my sleep quality improved on nights I used it — fewer disruptions from snoring and a more rested feeling in the morning. The fit, however, can be hit or miss. The trial pack helps you find the right size, but if you fall between sizes or have sensitive nostrils, it can feel either too tight or slightly uncomfortable. When it fits well, it’s fairly discreet and you forget it's there. When it doesn’t, it can be distracting and even cause some irritation. Overall, it’s a clever and effective product that can genuinely help with snoring and improve sleep, but the experience really depends on getting the right fit. Worth trying if you're curious about nasal dilators and want to improve breathing during sleep without using adhesive strips.

It dilates but then it blocks your airway
I tried the Airmax for a few days and it just didn’t agree with me. I found that it moved around a lot in my nose. It goes quite far up the nose which might be uncomfortable for some. It does expand but then you move and it ends up blocking your nose. This does feel like a bit of a major design floor. The material is quite soft which I liked. Overall I don’t think it’s any worse or better than the Mute.

These are amazing, I’ve never slept better
I bought these nasal dilators over a year and a half ago and they’ve done wonders for me. I bought them for skiing but ended up using them for sleeping because I have a deviated septum. I always struggled to breathe through my nose at night because I wasn’t getting enough airflow and ended up waking up with dry mouth. These dilators have been a god send for me, they open up my airways so well so that I can breathe deeply through my nose when I’m sleeping. You can barely feel that they’re in too. I would very highly recommend and have suggested them to so many friends with similar problems.

Probably only good for certain people
I got these as a little biohacking experiment to see if they had any tangible effects on sleep quality for the average person that does not suffer with any type of sleep disorder. Sadly, the data showed no tangible benefits. I have started wearing them during the day as I do feel the increased airflow. They are uncomfy at first but easily adaptable.

Facendo attività fisica ho notato netti miglioramenti Lo consiglio

DON'T BUY SPORT unless you absolutely need extra stability. Additional supports pierce into your nose, causing significant discomfort. I cut them off after a week. There is no way I could get used to it over time as advised in manual. It seems indeed helping deliver more air, to a point that my nose feels sometimes dry and slightly irritated in the morning from 'overflow'. Try both sizes! Big nose from outside, like mine, doesn't mean you'll be better off with XL size. My airways feel better with blue one inside.

Sportvariantens små hakar gör att de inte trillar ut lika lätt samt så är klämman lite styvare så den vidgar mer.
