This is an updated review. When I received it, it wasn't quite heating the pool as much as I needed it to. Turns out it wasn't strong enough to heat a pool of my size. A rep with the company contacted me and offered to send me another model. They sent me another model that is now heating it the way that I want and I am very happy. While new one was being shipped, the rep even helped me research the necessary hardware I would need to get it connected to my pool when I received it. Very good customer service. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

As much as we wanted to love this… it did not work for us. Never heated pool above 70 after 5 days of running consistently. We also have a solar cover and still did not heat properly. At one point it formed a huge ice block and we had to turn off and unplug. We have a 1500 filter and an 18ft above ground pool for reference. It also did not come with proper attachments so we were stuck trying to order additional attachments. Several attempts were made to contact customer service without any help. We had to make the decision to disconnect and return. I did give the product one star for ease of operation.Another helpful tip if you decided to purchase connect product to WiFi before taking to your yard to install… you need a strong connection to link devices.

So far so good.My system is 1 1/2" so I needed the adaptors.The temperature goes up faster if there is sunshine.All in all the unit works very well, no complaints . So far so good.

I needed some help from the seller to get it up and running correctly. They were very responsive and got me all taken care of. I highly recommend purchasing anything from the seller because they stand behind their products. Excellent product, excellent customer service!

Either that video review is misleading or I have a dysfunctional unit. I have had this unit hooked up for six days and while the water from the return is slightly warmer, I have not seen any remarkable change in temperature that could not be accounted for by the weather or the solar pool cover.

Set up was quick and easy. You do need 1 additional hose as you’ll use your current outlet hose as the inlet to this so need to add another outlet hose to pool. Luckily I had an extra one but definitely something to be aware of. The pump is pretty quiet and just heat the fan running a bit but not bad at all. No louder than my sand pump. It does have a flow switch built in that will turn it on and off automatically when your pools filter pump turns on and off. Also has a WiFi app that you can use to turn it on and off and see the water temp of the pool and adjust it up or down which is nice feature. Can definitely feel the water warmer that’s coming out but does take awhile to warm. About 1deg an hour or so but I also use a solar cover to help retain to heat.

Didn't heat up the pool, and leaks. Tried to replace it and for a new one, told me we had to return it wait for our money then buy it again will be looking for a different pool heater!! Not happy having to wait 7 to 10 days for my money just to buy it again!
