Awesome machine!
I love this computer. I had ordered a SER6 Max, and as soon as the next day, I was alerted to the SER7 Max (this PC) being available and for sale. Other sellers have this for about $230 cheaper, but either way, this computer is fantastic.Pros:• Fast boot• Quiet operation• Power sipping compared to SER 6 MAX• Two USB4 (NOT USB 4) - latest generation• Plays well with an Nvidia-based eGPU• Has virtually replaced my $4000 mega Gaming PC• Two NVMe PCIe Gen4 slots• Theoretically supports 128GB• Easy access to RAM and NVMe slots• Supports 1 HDMI, 1 Display Port, and 1 USB C displays• Easy plug and play of eGPUs• Brand name, highly reliable Crucial DDR5-5600 (retail labeling)Cons:(Minimal Impact)• Inconsistent OS reliability◘Resetting OS fixes this issue• OEM Version of Crucial P3 Plus drive- Potential lifespan issue, and the drive is slower than other options• Struggles with AMD-based eGPUs◘Possible conflict with built-in GPU• This seller is more than $200 over other sellersThe bottom line is that this machine is impressive. A side-by-side comparison with the SER6 Max shows the SER7 way ahead and with a few more options.I replaced the OEM SSD with a Samsung 990 Pro 2TB and dropped boot times to less than 10 seconds from power on, down from approximately 30 seconds with the Crucial P3 OEM drive. I also upgraded the RAM from 32GB to 64GB for really great gaming experiences.I feel this PC will be relevant for quite a number of years. It's an excellent choice if you're upgrading an old tower or desktop that takes up a ton of room. With its small footprint and even brackets to mount it to the back of your monitor, you really can't go wrong—with or without an eGPU!I highly recommend this computer!

Easy to set up!
Very easy to set up, even for non-techies like me! Much more powerful than the 11-year-old computer it is replacing. Very quiet, takes up very little space; very satisfied with this product!

Unreliable. You can't count on it.
It's pretty good, when it works. Frequently turns off and won't come back on. The power led and fan turn on but there's no response from input devices or the monitor. It randomly removes from this condition whenever it wants to. Totally unreliable.

Quality
Although mini pc's cannot be upgraded, this was a beast! Great graphics for gaming and full of ram and storage.

A beast the does not work out for me
This is a beast, a complete beast, probably one of the best Mini PC's out there. Ryzen 9, DDR 5 ram, a moderate speed SSD and second SSD Nvme connector with a dedicated fan. AMD radeon 680 M IGPU, 3 usb C ports, 2.5 G internet LAN.It is so excellent and recommended 100%I had a couple of issues and that is why I have returned it.I think this unit was overheatingFor some reasons when connected thru USB C to display and camera connected to USB A hub on display Microphone was dropping the connection several times a day, useless on my daily meetings on that confi. And the most important disappointment i had with this unit was the WIFI connection, speed and card. Speeds of 100 Mbp are inadmissible at this price point (Side by side with an EERO 6E WIFI router), for comparison Geekom IT13 I5 get 400+ 6 meters from the same router, both have metal cases and I know one is WIFI 6 and the other 6E, but my WIFI 5 devices perform better, so...This Mini PC is a real beast, I can name it as the Leopard of the Mini Pc's, fast and strong enough to manage your daily requirements, If you plan to have it on a wired internet go for it and you will never regret the decision, if not, look somewhere else.

Win11 Crashes several times a day. Much Better on Win10
Blue screens of death several times a day while running Windows 11 pro. Tried clearing CMOS. Was better for a while, but started crashing again. Tried replacing SSD, and installing new Windows image. Still crashes. Configured fans to run more in BIOS. Still crashes. Updated BIOS, with new version from support. Still crashes. Tried removing one of the two memory cards. Still crashes. Tired running it on the other memory card. Still crashes. Sometimes, it crashes back to BIOS with no Blue Screen of Death.Nice design, but it is unreliable as hell on Windows 11.I quick formatted the flash drive yet again, and installed Windows 10 Pro. Surprisingly, the computer is *much* more reliable while running Windows 10 Pro. It maybe crashes once a week or two instead of several times a day!

A lot of power in a very small form factor...
I'm really impressed with this tiny computer and all it can do. I've already migrated all my files from my previous computer and installed most software without a glitch. In the first few days I've noted a great improvement over my previous system. It takes very little desk space to accommodate and despite being able to perceive a bit of the fan noise is really quiet most of the time. I'm looking forward to installing a second drive. As for now it's showing that it's very well made and performs just as expected. I got the 32 GB/1 TB model.Set up with a breeze. It delivers great value for money paid. NF today it's my most powerful computer and I own several of them.
