Excellent for the price!
Very easy to set up and use! So far I have had no problem cleaning it and I follow the recommended instructions using medium ground coffee only. There is definitely a learning curve with the milk frother! Instructions say to brew first and froth after however the video from sowtech showed the woman frothing first and then brewing. This seems to be the better method! I just add a little extra water and froth my cold milk first then brew after. So far I am really enjoying this espresso maker. Great purchase for the price!!

I love it. Amazing product, especially for the money.
Man it's amazing. I love it so far. I got this item a couple of days ago and I love it. I havn't tested the steam wand yet but the expresso part is awesome and makes an amazing expresso. I like to crush the beans insanely so that it can be insanely intense. That is just how I like my coffee strong and Bold and Black. And let me tell you. That double shot of expresso was to die for today. I love this machine and am so glad I got it. Iv'e been wanting one for months now and finally pulled the trigger on this machine. Okay so I just used the frother or steam thing and it is great I took my whole milk and it throfted it up great. And it heated it up amazingly. So, I am very satisfied with this purchase. The best news is it will go through very fine coffee grounds which is important for me. Ultimately its awesome and worth the money. And after your done its easy to take apart the parts that you used... I just wash them and put them up on the dry rack to dry and it's great... I highly recommended reading the user manual. If you don't it's okay Ill break it down for you. Always monitor it. Clean the steam pipe after use with a sponge. And after every use... UNPLUG IT then while its unplugged put a cup under the steam pipe... even if you made an expresso ... and let it drip to that cup for a minute... then convert it to off and it will be ready for the next use. I love it... I made some amazing coffee today and I wish you the best of luck with finding a nice machine. It takes a second to heat up the water for both settings but once it does it does a great job. It's not too loud. The sound you hear is the steam doing its thing. And it is only loud for a second. If throfting its not loud unless you keep it on and atake it out of the liquid or bubbles completely then the steam can be loud but overall, for someone like me, I love it and am impressed with this machine.

Great price, love the compact size and white appliance.
I bought the same maker in black in 2021 and loved it, still works but wanted the white appliance. I love it!! the control from brew to steam is easier to use, the glass carafe fits more snug so no hot coffee spits out and the steamer for milk is terrific! The size is even smaller then the original which is great as well. Love my new machine!!

Makes decent espresso
Small but mighty, this espresso maker makes a surprisingly decent pot of espresso, and its small form factor makes it ideal for those without the counter space for a larger model. Both the operation and cleanup are relatively simple and straightforward as well. Why 4 stars instead of 5: The big downside is that the quantity of coffee that actually makes it into the pot is somewhat unpredictable. If attempting to make a full pot, I usually have to turn the unit off, wait a half minute, and then turn it back on in order to coax it to use the rest of the water in the reservoir. This problem rears its head more than half the time I've used it, and I haven't yet been able to figure out what's causing it.You should also be aware that the unit gets very hot, so even after releasing residual pressure, if you're looking to make a second pot right away, you will likely need to use gloves that offer some thermal protection to unscrew the cap on the reservoir, so if you're making espresso for a large gathering, this unit will present some challenges. Also noteworthy: the first pot I made had a distinct taste of plastic to it, though that has not been a problem since. More than just washing it, I would recommend running it once to clean everything out before making anything you plan on drinking. All that being said, it offers good value for the money, and the small form factor and ease of cleanup make it a good gift for any dormitory bound students in your life who might need to work late.

Good value for the Money
Very good value for a machine with a small counter-footprint. Carafe is high-impact plastic, not like the brittle glass one we have had in the past. The enclosed instruction book and picture materials are far better than most products we have seen from Amazon. It makes you feel like they actually care about your experience with the product. Of course, the longevity of most products usually depends on the care, cleaning and maintenance you put into them. Very happy so far...

Follow the instructions and it works great
I have always wanted an expresso, cappuccino, coffee maker, so when I saw this one for such an amazing price I had to get it. I just received it today, and had to try it out. I followed the instructions on how to clean it before using it first. My 1st mistake was not putting the filter on correctly and not getting the top on tight after pouring in the water. I did everything right the second time and got a full pot of water, but didn't turn it to steam as soon as I should have, so the steam came out the top instead of the frothing straw. On the 3rd cleaning everything worked perfectly. It only takes a minute once it starts brewing, so I suggest not walking away. As far as the brewing capacity it says it's 4 cups, but it's actually only equivalent to about a cup and a half in a measuring cup. The pot is plastic, but it handles the heat, and it does get really hot. **I have used this several times now, and every time it has made perfect cups of coffee**

Great little espresso machine!
I had never made my own espresso before now, so I wanted something easy so I could make lattes at home. This is it! It’s so easy, and I love that it came with a frother so I didn’t have to buy one separately.
