Good tape.

I use this daily for CrossFit WOD and even during weightlifting. they are very durable during hight intensive grip work and supportive to sweat.

I bought this hoping to find a cheaper tape for my hook grip whilst weight lifting. For that purpose it is no good!! Lasted 1 warm up set and started to come off!! I'm sure it's good for some stuff but DON'T buy if ur hoping to use for taping up ur fingers for crossfit!!

It's not sticky I had to use a plaster to keep on the girls fingers

Can also be used to “tie” things together without leaving residue as you would with masking/insulation/selotape

Extremely useful for holding joint injuries and holds up well even in a very sweaty situation
